• They initially asked me a bunch of questions over the phone prior to even coming out, I like that a lot, they wanted to make sure that I actually needed the service. when they came out to the inspection I can tell their level of expertise in air-quality was above and beyond. They cleaned my air ducts as well as my main air supply fan and They also recommended replacing the filter do a better filter which will keep my air system clean. Apparently the cheap filter I was using was the reason my system got dirty in the first place. Provider name locked. staff was very organized, clean and respectful. I'm very pleased with this service and highly recommended this company to people with pets and allergies. This is not your average air duct cleaning company.

• They arrived on time, within a couple of hours of making the appointment. I rently purchased a home that the previous owner smoked in for several years. I explained this on the phone as I was hoping cleaning the ducts may help with the smoke odor. After arriving, both gentlemen proceeded to take a smoke break outside my garage, one being a cigar. They then re-entered the house, bringing the cigarette and cigar smoke smell with them. The dryer vent was cleaned and all lint was blown out of the vent into the yard, where it was left. I figured for 240.00 a little clean up would have been included.
