Concrete Repair reviews in Coppell

They just finished yesterday. Lots of sand left around that I will need to sweep up later today and small amounts of debris, but not too bad. The price per linear foot($5 per linear foot) was better than my local pool company and they were also more responsive than my local pool company. I would use them again.

    Allied Outdoor Solutions
It went very well, they were very good on the initial consultation. they were very upfront about the cost of the project and timing they could get it done. They came in right on our budget and within the time schedule. I would rate them very highly.

    Arbors and Patios
They are a very high integrity provider that not only treated my home project as one of their own, they were transparent throughout the process, did very high quality work that ended up being a show piece.

Cirilo Perez Torres Stoneworks & Brick Repairs
Cirilo showed up the same day I requested for an estimate. I was able to explain the work required and he was quite thorough with the estimate.
His team of 2 came by the house 2 days later and worked quite efficiently to complete the work. The concrete matches what we have now and the team made sure that there were no problems by getting into the roof and attic and testing the work that was done on the chimney. I wouldn't be so confident today if they hadn't done the verification. Cirilo guarantees the masonry work and will come back in case of future issues up to 2 years.
Overall I would give a thumbs up for this company's responsiveness, quality and price !!!

    Cisco Fencing
Highly recommended if you want a high quality fence installed at a great price.  They don't skimp on materials to keep price low.  They came out and bid the job on time. The install crew removed all old fencing including digging out the old concrete post. They installed the fence allowing me to pick many design options.  Very happy with Cisco Fence.

    Arbors and Patios
I found out about them thru Angie's List. Got a paver stone patio in our backyard. The main reason for having paver stone patio is to avoid cracks which is common in concrete patio.
Initially he came and we decided on the patio design and started work. After a few days we found out the design/structure we decided on was not eligible under the city's rules, which was a big disappointment for me and we had to change our plan.
I thought a contractor must know what are the city construction rules. He charged us for the labor and material that was used which was his mistake to begin with. I agreed (took that loss, paid extra for things that I never got done !!!) and moved on with rest of the work because it was hard to find out another person to finish off a half done job.
Instead of ground level which was original plan, patio was about 6-8 inches above ground and had to have a concrete border, which again was not professional, so he charged extra for stone border (again something extra in my budget).
Its been hardly 2 months and I started noticing cracks, I called him. He sent his people while I was not at home and fixed that crack, which I thanked, but I really wanted to talk and preferred to be home when his people are coming.
Again, after 1 week or so in the same place, the same crack occurred and I also started noticing a few other cracks. I texted him and he said its because the soil is settling in the area!!!! No further response after that.
I paid almost $7,000.00 for this patio, which is not exact design I wanted and not even2 months and it has multiple cracks.
He sounded very good when initial consultation was done but rest of the experience and even after completion quality of his work is not good. Plus, he is not responding now or taking responsibility of what he had done.
    Very unsatisfied with his work.

    Landscape Innovations
The work was terrific - our backyard looks completely different now and Mike made the new design flow throughout the back yard to give it a consistent look.  We will definitely use him again for future projects.

    M & T Concrete
Miquel and his crew are the best. I have had concrete work done on prior homes. Miquel's quality and attention to detail is superior. I contacted 7 vendors and selected Miquel based on responsiveness, quality (psi, thickness, prep, rebar), and cost. Miquel and team did an awesome job. My neighbor hired Miquel to do a bigger job and is very happy as well.

    The Reeder Group
Not sure every detail can be provided because the list is so long, but this was an awful, horrible, terrible, horrendous experience significant parts of it are having to be redone.
The Reeder Group (TRG) does not work from detailed plans, so all construction takes place on the fly. This, in connection with very little oversight from anyone we spoke to to create the project, left the workers to their own devices on a daily basis. This means that egregious mistakes are made in design and concrete work that the firm had to repair, leading to massive delays. There was little, if any, attention to detail or aesthetic. Aside from the poor planning, poor craftsmanship and complete lack of attention to detail, other outrageous problems include:
    - Overcharging for specific parts of the project
    - Not providing or secretly substituting features outlined in contract and not adjusting cost
    - Running more than three months behind on completing project
    - Continuing to miss deadlines the firm itself set
    - Damaging property including house, driveway, gutters, landscaping, etc.
    - Leaving construction and personal trash all over property
    - Urinating on property by a worker
    - Workers angering neighbors and the HOA
It cannot be emphasized enough that, despite due diligence and reference checks, the firm was wholly unqualified for this project. Using this firm for significant projects such as retaining walls or patios is a mistake. If only AL had a review of TRG when we were researching firms for this project.

    Impact Landscapes
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Took extra care to make sure I got the plants that I wanted.  Drove me to the location to pick out the individual specimens.  Kept in touch with me by text and email to make sure I was OK with all decisions.  Gave quick estimate adjustments to any additional work or changes I wanted to make.
