    All Hour Appliance Repair
On June 21, 2018, Eddie Coronado came out to diagnose and repair our refrigerator. He told us we needed some parts and it would cost about $500 to fix it but he would deduct the $75 charge for his visit. I told him I would talk it over with my wife and get back to him. On that same day, we gave him the go ahead to do the job but we stressed that it should be done before July 10 and that was not a problem. He took the order and, after not hearing from him as promised, we called. We made several calls but never got a return call and now he won't pick up if he recognizes our number. Very unprofessional and totally non-dependable.

We have had an awful time getting this refrigerator fixed. My husband hired a man by the name of Fernando Mungoia from "Subzero Repair Service". After $1,000 and still no working fridge we figured out that he is a complete fraud. Fake invoice, fake website, fake repairs. Always use Angie's List before you hire! Lesson learned. We hired Appliance Rescue Service to see if they could tell us the real story. Billy was terrific. He is friendly, thorough, and HONEST. After a short service call he was able to tell me that the compressor had not been changed in the fridge as we were told by Mr. Mungoia. What was he doing back there for 2 hours? Anyway, I would definitely recommend Appliance Rescue Service. Billy came right on time, gave me an honest answer, and even gave me pointers for picking out my new refrigerator.

They diagnose that are refrigerator needed a new compressor. Since is was under warranty from Sears we opted to go with Sears. My wife watch as they moved it out from the wall and commented to the to be careful since they were pretty ruff moving it. The put a dent on the side of the refrigerator while moving it out which probably could have been avoided.

    Sears Appliance Repair
The service man was very professional. But I'm baffled why a large company like Sears takes so long to repair the products they sell. I my opinion why buy something from a company that cant repair their product in a timely fashion. Also their call in center has a lot to be desired. They need to improve costumer service or your going to have a long wait for a fix.

    Sears Appliance Repair
Terrible! Original technician indicated the machine was fixed and talked me into monthly warranty plan. The machine was not fixed and technician #2 had to order parts (2). Part #1 arrived with no problem. Part #2 was backordered and 18 days later, still no part. When I spoke to a supervisor, she indicated that it was my responsibility to let them know BOTH parts had not arrived. I ordered the part directly from the manufacturer (thank you, Amazon). I received the part in (2) days. I just called, on day (18) to set up the final repair. They didnt want to schedule the repair because their records didnt indicate that Part #2 had been delivered. I had to assure them that I did have the part (although I had to buy it separately). After 18 days, I still have not been formally advised that my missing Part #2 has been back ordered or when to expect it. I have made 5 phone calls and it has been the worst consumer experience I have had. I think its unreasonable to expect a consumer to wait 21 days for a $15.00 part that I found on Amazon.

STAY AWAY and SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!! Even after giving them the fridge model nbr , serial nbr and exact error (ER-RF and frost building up in door panel) Chris never mentioned that the tech they were sending out was not LG certified and had no idea how to repair LG . Joe, the tech, comes over, looks at the error and proceeds to google for solutions on the phone, and this, by the way, is their 'DIAGNOSTIC TIME' . He tells me he hates working on LG because they are the most difficult to fix. That should have been my 1st clue and ask him to leave but I needed my fridge fixed, he had experience (apparently) so I let him continue. He said I needed Freezer fan and PCB board ( clue 2 , I had done my homework , spoke to LG and told I may need a fridge fan but the frosting issue needed a tech to run diagnostic) I mention this to Joe, he says " Lets go with that" . Not once did he open the fridge door to check the frost or run any diagnostic. I showed him the frost and he says "new parts will fix it" ok..he is the tech, I go with what he says but chose to order the parts myself because I sensed something was amiss. 1 week later, new parts installed (which I paid 200$ direct LG) and there is a loud rattling noise and Joe says " you ordered defective parts" what ?????????? order a new one again and he will fix it. At this point I am out close to 400 $ (parts, labor, trip charge) and had enough. I called another repair company, who knew exactly what was needed (a defrost thermostat), ordered the right part and fixed it right. There was no need for a PCB board ( turns out, they just make you buy expensive parts that aren't needed because they have a higher profit margin on parts). I called Chris, (who has a very foul way of talking to customers who call to say their tech didn't know what he was doing ) and she yells " well, you ordered a defective part" ) Joe says, "your fridge is sub standard and I never claimed to be LG certified and did what I asked him to do"(when did I exactly ask him to do that ??? ) "would never want to be LG certified, they are the worst" (obviously, you'd have to know a thing or two about fixing LG to get certified !!!) When customers call for service and you don't know how to fix it just say so.. don't say the appliance is sub standard. We can have someone who knows their job, come fix it. If it is about deceiving customers and making money off them, and then blaming customers for buying sub standard appliances this company deserves A+++. If Chris or Joe think anything I have said here is not the truth, I will ask them to release their phone recordings (I am sure all customer service calls are recorded ) to Angies List and the tech who actually did the correct repairs also complained about them to LG which helped me get refund for the unwanted parts. At least some good people exist who genuinely want to help people.

Rob came out and within minutes identified the problem. He was nice, personable, and explained the problem in a way I could understand. I got this company through a recommendation, and I recommend them without hesitation.

    E & M Home Service
Terry was the Engineer that came out with one of his colleagues. Service was excellent - on time, professional and efficient. Old appliances were removed without issue (even though the double oven was extremely heavy and bulky) and the new installs were tested after completion. Recommend E & M thoroughly

    Your Handyman
Terry and his team members communicated well about when the work would start and how long it would take.  They were prompt and professional. They were very well qualified and experienced - able to do everything I needed within the time & cost estimates that Terry gave me.  They were through and careful about cleaning up and meeting my expectations.  I would definitely have them return to handle other jobs.  It was a very good experience.

Repairman called first thing in the morning to give me the window he would be available to do the repair. He called me again 30 minutes before coming to my house. Once he arrived, he was able to remove the clog very quickly and even reattached a hose that I hadistakenly disconnected when I tried to fix the problem myself. The washing machine is working perfectly now.
