Had drywall redone, corrected texture, painted all of interior of my home. Did a total remodel in my master bathroom which is fabulous. They also repainted the exterior of my home, power washed. I had my kitchen cabinets replaced and they added granite countertops. I had so much work done. They were affordable, honest and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. APaul's Drywall & RemodelingPaul came out and gave me an estimate for the work I needed to have done which seemed very fair. My house is two stories and at the top of a ridge, and all the scaffolding, ladders and equipment had to be carried down then back up a long outdoor rock staircase. There is always a wind which made power washing and work on the scaffolding and ladders difficult. Paul had all my windows and outdoor furniture covered and power washed all surfaces to be painted. The facia, soffit, shutters and metal fence railings were sanded, power washed and painted, but the garage doors had been painted several times, and Paul had all the paint sanded and scraped off to be able to use a new primer and paint that can withstand the all-day direct west sun. The exterior stucco near the front entry had become swollen from water collection, and Paul scraped that area and used a paint/stucco mixture to cover the archway and match the entryway, and he re-set the rock base to allow drainage. All the work involved went smoothly and looks perfect, and although he was here several weeks, when he left everything was cleaned up completely!- BETTIE B.

ARenovate Paint & DesignRenovate Paint and Design casts itself as “a professional, reputable and fully insured painting and remodeling contractor.” They earn and deserve that claim. After eleven years, our house needed exterior painting, some associated carpentry repairs and preventive maintenance. Charles walked the property and saw a number of items needing attention, some of which we had overlooked. There was NO up-sell pressure; just reasonable recommendations observed by an experienced, fastidious eye (e.g., including the need for a small area of roof work). The estimate was clearly written and explained. The RP&D team - usually 3 workmen - arrived on the days and times expected. They were courteous and professional. No micromanagement was needed, but the work I did observe was very precise. The project was completed in three work days: Prep work including power washing, scraping, sanding, cleaning; caulking and carpentry; masking; painting; door repair; replaced some window screens. After each work day, the grounds were picked up and supplies were stored unobtrusively on site. At the end of the project, Charles did a walk-around and, truthfully, was more critical than we were in noticing a few final touches and having them quickly addressed. He encouraged us to bring anything subsequently found to his attention. The grounds were thoroughly cleaned of trash and debris, and excess paint was neatly placed in our garage. Renovate Paint & Design may not be the least expensive contractor, but of the three bids I received (one $800 more; another $500 less) they were the best value, which clearly was proven by the care and quality of the finished product. If you want a professional, well managed, versatile, turn-key service, these folks should be on your radar. I would use Renovate Paint & Design again, and recommend them without hesitation.- David G.

AThis was a tough job! We had our windows washed for the first time probably since the house was built in 1966. Kameron did an amazingly job! He was extremely friendly and professional. He diligently worked around difficult burglar/security bars, going back over the windows multiple time until he was satisfied with the work. A phenomenal job! I can't recommend them enough! The online quote, in person follow up (because I wanted to show thwm the security bars) and booking were all very streamlined. Received a text anytime someone was in route to our house. I highly recommend hiring the Gleam Team.

He was able to give me an acceptable schedule to do the work and kept to the schedule. ARuss did a really good job. He starts getting different seed combo for certain type of soil which is really good for mine. He went into detail and explained to me, explained everything what's gonna happen, and explained all the way down how many hours gonna be work. When they got it done, it looks great, its already growing, they gave me good information what I need to do is watering, on time, told me they're gonna be here when they were here. They were very well articulated, seems professional, everyone seem happy to get the work done, and happy to be pleasing someone else. Its just all around is really good.
