AWill's Plumbing & Testing ServiceMarc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Good companies can be hard to find...glad I've found my good plumbing company and plumber.- kathy s.

AWill's Plumbing & Testing ServiceExcellent all the way around. The new outdoor tankless heater replaced an outdoor tank heater and used the existing piping for the most part. I did the demo of the old w. heater enclosure which brought the cost down a couple hundred dollars. Marc was very professional and did excellent work. Ms. Sam was wonderful to work with as well. DIt didn't. I was contacted by this professional and we scheduled an appointment. I called prior to the appointment to confirm who was coming (to be prepared) but no answer and no return call even though I left a message. No one showed up on the day of the appointment and no phone call. I do hope this was just an enormous miscommunication but I am now hesitant to rely on this method of searching for services.

FLousy. They were very unprofessional by failing to inform me of work not being performed. I was rescheduled 5 times and plumber failed to show up or was I notified he was not. After 5 days and numerous calls, I was told a plumber was on the way. After 3 hours, contacted them and was informed he would not be here. After 5 days of rescheduling, I was told they were not cleaning main drains right now and having not been doing that all week. This was not relayed to me 5 days ago. This is the first time I have used Angie's list and if other contractors operate this way, I will not be using contractors recommended.

DPoorly. Estimate was way too expensive. I called to have sink installed. Plumber came by and gave an estimate of OVER $1200 to install a drop in kitchen sink. He even wanted $45 just to give the estimate. What an incredible rip-off! I'll never hire them again.

ADoug showed up on time and got quickly to work. He inspected the water softener, found the leak, fixed it and cleaned up afterwards. Then he got to work on the kitchen sink leak which was resolved by tightening the faucet housing. Doug answered all my questions and even showed me how to DIY if these problems arise in the future, which saves me both time and money. I've used George Plumbing services for the past 10+ years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I trust them completely.

AThe reroute went great. The price was outrageous. $4,100.00 plus another $325.00 to locate leak, however my other plumber had already located and capped off. He backed off the job because it was too big for him. Had a second slab leak in another part of the house at same time. The plumbers I hired rerouted that one for $1,400.00. Huge difference. I told Charlie when I fired them that is was an excessive charge. Insurance doesn't help with that part of the problem. It only pays for the damage the problem made. Sure would be nice if we could recover some of that cost because deductible is $5,000 plus plumbing.

ASan-Tex gave me a phone quote and said they could probably do the job later that day. It was a pinhole leak, so I was in no rush. They called me within 2 hours and showed up to do the job soon after. The plumbers were quick, courteous and professional. They completed the job quickly and asked me to look at it for approval. The job was well-done and the price was right. The only surprise was... there WERE no surprises. Great company I would highly recommend and will happily use for my next plumbing job!
