ABendele ServicesOutstanding. Scheduling work was easy. Estimate was very fair. Tree service was trimming and cutting dead branches. Excellent cleanup. We used Mark's suggestions for the backyard. Landscaping consisted of putting in river rock around the entire border of the backyard, putting in two new bushes and laying sod. AALAMO IRRIGATIONFast, same day service. Sergio was very courteous (used "yes sir" and "no sir" throughout our conversations) and explained very well what he thought the problem was. He also was very good about following COVID protocols; wore his mask the whole time, sprayed hand sanitizer all over the pen he handed me to sign the invoice, then offered to spray my hands as well after we were done. AI went great! Terrance came out the afternoon I called. He assessed the situation, established a plan and provided an estimate on the spot, which he detailed and followed up with a formal email bid when he got back to the office. The construction of the addition had also left a great deal of bare ground and we had Andy's re-sod the grass. They provided some of the most beautiful grass I have seen in awhile. Work started on a Tuesday; the drainage system was finished on Thursday; the grass installation on Saturday morning. These folks are very professional. I see that some reviewers have said their prices are a little high. Having seen what too much runoff and flooding can do to property, we wanted a well established company to do the work and felt the bid was fair for the job. Once work got underway, we knew we had made the right choice.

FI really wanted to write a glowing review. I was honestly planning on it, because Albert was so nice to me. His price was reasonable, and the installation and planting was great, but service after the sale and warranty work is non-existent. The crew was very professional, and then Albert explained how my system worked and then walked me through the operation on 6/30 when the job was completed. However, he promised to come back with root stimulator early last week for my Italian cypress trees and never showed and never called. Then, the system had an issue and it was spraying water, so I had to shut it off. He promised to be here 7/16 to fix it, and again, no-call/no show. He then promised to be here on 7/18, and yet again, no-call/no show. That makes three no-call/no-shows in about a week, and my plants are suffering. Albert told me that his dad had a stroke right after the job was finished, but I fail to see where that would affect Albert's ability to text or call when he had arranged it with me. He could have sent his very competent crew, but didn't bother. Another reviewer said Albert never bothered to show up, and the response was "wrong person". I seriously doubt that, because Albert has proven to me to be completely unreliable and flaky. I am disabled, and have trouble standing or walking, yet I had to stand for 2 hours yesterday (7/18) watering plants in the broken zone after he flaked on me FOR THE THIRD TIME. I've already had 3 new plants die, and am now having to look for someone to fix the system that is still supposedly under warranty. You'd think for $3600, Albert would have at least texted to tell me he couldn't make it.

FThey installed a irrigation system at my home in the Estates of Rockwell Ranch about three months ago. I did not receive a copy of the five year warranty after multiple requests. Recently I needed repairs and was told they would not be covered under warranty. I just spent over 600.00 on repairs. This company did not stand behind there work for me.
