ABRC Remodeling GroupWe hired BRC Remodeling Group to demo and rebuild a 2 story wraparound porch on my mother’s 100 year old house. They did an outstanding job! The team was friendly and respectful of my mom’s property in that they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. We asked for a couple of changes along the way and Vernon was quick to incorporate those changes. ARenovate Paint & DesignThe company provided an estimate quickly. They were within the price range of other estimates but showed much more confidence in the project we wanted done. Not only did we need the exterior cleaned and repainted, but the posts on back porch needed to be replaced and with a more natural chunky look. Charles and Blake were extremely professional and honest during every step. The work crew was on time or early every day and more than efficient. All of our estimates were 4-6 days of work. RPD knocked it out in 3. This included all cleaning, prepping, wood fixes, replaces posts, refinishing front door, painting and replacing window shutters. We will definitely hire them again when we decide to work on the inside.- Patrick H.

BThe quality of the work was good. However, George was not very service oriented and was not good at communicating with his customer. He did not show the day he said he would start the job and texted me at 1pm that day to say he couldnt start the job because of an issue with the truck. The next day he did not show but didnt call. When I contacted him, he indicated they couldn't come because it was "pouring". However, it wasnt "pouring" at my location and I felt he still should have notified us early on of the work delay due to weather. Another day of rain delayed the job an additional day. The job was finally done on Saturday, but the old fence debris was not picked up until Monday. He made an appt to come at 5 to get the balance of his payment and pick up the old fence, but came at 2 pm instead.

AHave used these folks for several years. They clean the deck with a pressure wash and then seal it with their product. Our deck looks great and weathers very well given the multiple treatments they've performed over the years. Recommend them if you want your deck to last.

He removed my old flagstone to allow enough room for my new Trex deck to come right up to my back door. The white composite handrail gives it an old timey feel. ABruce and his team (Joe and Richie) did a great job for me. The entire process from estimate to completion went smoothly. I needed concrete poured on both sides of my house to create a walkway where I have had difficulty growing grass due to poor growing conditions. I additionally had our back patio extended to incorporate this walkway into one combined slab. I initially had the estimate performed about 6 months ago and Bruce's estimate came right in the middle of 4 other estimates I received. 2 of the cheaper estimates were verbal only, the other 2 were quoted higher and I did not get a good "vibe" from those contractors as the estimates provided me were scratched out on a sheet of notebook paper. Bruce's estimate was on a legitimate business form with all terms listed/spelled out (half down at completion of framing, remainder paid at completion of project, 1 year warranty on work). Once Bruce and I agreed to terms, his team Joe and Ritchie came out on a Sunday and completed the "forming" in 2 days. They came back Thursday and poured the concrete and Friday they were done to include job site cleanup. The completed walkway/patio looks great and is just what I imagined. Bruce was always available every step of the way and made sure things were completed to my satisfaction. Bruce is now in the process of repairing a damaged driveway wall of mine as part of the work and I will update this review once that is completed. I am sure though that if the quality of his work as evident by my patio/walkway is an indication, the driveway wall repair with be just as good. I highly recommend Bruce and his crew and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
