AB Martinez ConstructionExcellent work. Mr. Martinez and his crew were very professional in preparing the foundation such as precisely installing rebar steel for the pouring of the concrete, they paid attention in finishing touches such as edges, curves, and unexpectedly added a very needed step. They spent time on cleanup and presentation of finished work. Price was very reasonable for such excellent and detailed work. We most definite hire this company again and refer them to friends and family for their own projects.- victor g.

Aall american constructionBruce and his team (Joe and Richie) did a great job for me. The entire process from estimate to completion went smoothly. I needed concrete poured on both sides of my house to create a walkway where I have had difficulty growing grass due to poor growing conditions. I additionally had our back patio extended to incorporate this walkway into one combined slab. I initially had the estimate performed about 6 months ago and Bruce's estimate came right in the middle of 4 other estimates I received. 2 of the cheaper estimates were verbal only, the other 2 were quoted higher and I did not get a good "vibe" from those contractors as the estimates provided me were scratched out on a sheet of notebook paper. Bruce's estimate was on a legitimate business form with all terms listed/spelled out (half down at completion of framing, remainder paid at completion of project, 1 year warranty on work). Once Bruce and I agreed to terms, his team Joe and Ritchie came out on a Sunday and completed the "forming" in 2 days. They came back Thursday and poured the concrete and Friday they were done to include job site cleanup. The completed walkway/patio looks great and is just what I imagined. Bruce was always available every step of the way and made sure things were completed to my satisfaction. Bruce is now in the process of repairing a damaged driveway wall of mine as part of the work and I will update this review once that is completed. I am sure though that if the quality of his work as evident by my patio/walkway is an indication, the driveway wall repair with be just as good. I highly recommend Bruce and his crew and will use them again in the future should the need arise.- chris p.

ALiahn ConstructionThey removed the existing driveway and sidewalk that was damaged. That took only took a day and a half. The 3rd day was going to be for pouring the concrete. Rain for 2 days. They were finally able to pour the 5th day. They definitely know what they are doing. They came back a few days later to remove the molding. They will come back in a few days to remove the caution tape so we can use our driveway. It's beautiful. Thank you.- Kim B.

BThe quality of the work was good. However, George was not very service oriented and was not good at communicating with his customer. He did not show the day he said he would start the job and texted me at 1pm that day to say he couldnt start the job because of an issue with the truck. The next day he did not show but didnt call. When I contacted him, he indicated they couldn't come because it was "pouring". However, it wasnt "pouring" at my location and I felt he still should have notified us early on of the work delay due to weather. Another day of rain delayed the job an additional day. The job was finally done on Saturday, but the old fence debris was not picked up until Monday. He made an appt to come at 5 to get the balance of his payment and pick up the old fence, but came at 2 pm instead.

FHe first came out to the job I explain to him the tile and coping was brand new do not get your bobcat next to the pool .30 minutes later he’s on top of the pool jerking out old concrete back into the house tears up the coping on the pool and then when I get over there and ask him what happened they start lying said the jackhammer did it .that was a lie.The homeowner watching run into the house and back into the pool hall from her kitchen window.20 something feet of coping I am tile. I called on his insurance and his insurance was not any good, It was forged. he said he was going to get me a new insurance certificate and that was another lie. And he went over to the owners house after all this begging for money . it was OK with him this type of work he’s thinks is ok. A liar cheater he will rip you off .he said he’s bonded and insured On his trucks ,don’t use Adrian and his brother and all those other cousins for nothing I wouldn’t use them to clean my commodes by . He still haven’t got Insurance certificate for me , and he had he has gravel trucks drive on the driveway and Lake oil all over it and he didn’t even try to even cleaned it up .one thing after another sorriest concrete people I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve been in business for 40 years he lie,I’m Going to the attorney generals office Better Business Bureau file charges on him and post on on every site I can. And file charges on him for taking advantage of elderly ,theft and whatever else
