    They came out and did the job real well and real quick, they even gave me some free stuff too. I would highly recommend them, within probably an hour of messaging them they called me right away and they stayed on top on of me too trying to get me to, they weren't overbearing but they called me a couple of times trying to get me to do some more services that I had talked them about when they were out at my house too I was talking to them about doing some surround sound and they kept on me two times which it wasn't too much but it was nice that they were still offering. Everything was perfect.

    TV.systems installers were awesome. They  were very understanding and accommodating about the new television being delivered. Once we finally received the television the installer arrived and checked the television before installation. Good thing he did, because the TV was damaged. The installer instantly rescheduled for the following business day. We returned the damaged TV over the weekend and another installer came out on time and did an excellent job installing the television, hiding the wires, and cleaning up after his work. We would definitely use TV.systems again.

    Went well. They showed up on time and was prepared. Made sure the tv was straight and properly aligned. We had problems with the cable box working, they identified a bad HD connector on cable box. The drilled holes in shelving so wires would feed through. All is well and looks great.

    WOW!!!! I was impressed with their knowledge of choosing and installing a media room. I was not even considering having a theater until I saw their billboard and thought, and quot;Now that sounds cooland quot;. Right when I walked into the store, I was greeted and got my questions answered. It was nice not to feel pressured or overwhelmed with their information. I highly recommend them if you are considering purchasing and installing a media room. They worked with me and I felt it was a win-win situation for BOTH of us.
    There is absolutely NOTHING negative I can think of for this company or for the employees. It is also my understanding they sell movie posters, media chairs (I had bought mine before I went to their store), and numerous other furnishings. It is one of the best investments I have made.

    It went well. They were a little late, but not terrible. The work was performed quickly. There were parts needed that I was unaware would be needed and instead of having to run out and get them, they brought extra parts along. I of course had to pay for them but the work was completed more quickly by them bringing the needed parts.
    The one thing I would change... Our tv is mounted on the wall above a media chest and we wanted the cords hidden in the wall. The holes for the components in the media chest are at the top in the back of the chest. They hid the cords in the wall as asked, but drilled holes for the cords to come back out of the wall about 2 feet from the ground, matching where the media chest holes are. This is fine as long as we keep this piece of furniture. However, if we get new furniture or move, the cords are now coming out of the wall two feet up instead of near the floor where the cable jack and electrical outlets are. They didn't ask where I wanted the hole, and if they had I would have paid more to use a longer cord and put the hole closer to the floor, where it's not in the middle of the wall. For now, it's fine.
    I was happy with the quality of the work, just wish I had been consulted on the cord placement.

    Communication was a bit of a problem. I called Michael Lipford Monday morning, He was going to call me back in an hour, but called back Tuesday with times he could come. My voice mail didn't show his call until that night so called him back Wednesday to let him know Friday morning would work for me. Then called him Friday morning and he said he would be out at 10 and was at my gate at 10:30. He may not have known how long it took for him to travel to my area. But he was more than worth the wait as he did wonderful work knowing just what needed to be fixed and did it immediately.
