ATNT Septic Pumping IncThomas with TNT performed the septic pumping. He arrived early and was pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, informative, and has a very nice demeanor. He let me know potential problems and how to correct. Pricing was in range of expectations. TNT kept me informed of scheduling. AALL AMERICAN SEPTIC & GREASEOur problem was clogged septic tanks (standing water over the tanks). We have an older system with two tanks and field lines. I called Jordon at around 8:15AM. He was already at another job, but said he should be finished within 45 minutes and would call me then. He was true to his word, and arrived at our home at approximately 10:00AM. He asked a few questions, explained what he was going to do, then went to work immediately. He pumped and cleaned both tanks and placed several packets of bacteria/enzymes to ensure proper septic function. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Further, he gave us suggestions on how to maintain the system at optimum efficiency. He also answered all of our questions without any attempt to sell us anything. In addition, his equipment was modern and well maintained. In short, I would recommend Jordon without hesitation.- Laura G.

ACARROLL SEPTIC TANK SVC INCSince 1980 I've tried many septic tank pump out (cleaning) services and compared services vs. fees ... and attitude, with experience & knowledge application to most anaerobic problems one can possibly have. This one is my pick as a homeowner + as residential architect. There's no better value and his sage advice comes free to those that will listen. But that normal fare. My worst nightmare came when I thought the field lines were at life's end + everyone but Ricky Carroll Sr. said so. Since no one else was willing, he taught me by example what digging, et al. had to be done - in sweltering heat, after hours, after exhausting job previous, then never sent me a bill. Perhaps he's a saint (or didn't want - or too booked - to come back to do more) but that education deserved a check (hope it was enough). The rest I was able to manage thereafter now it worked like new again with green grass proof. Thank You!- Tad V.

He showed up when he said he would, he was dressed professionally and got my system running again with a few minutes. He showed me different parts on my system and what to watch for. Most people don't have any knowledge of their septic system. In the past we had a company prior to using this one that was horrible. He was always coming up with bogus claims that we needed to replace this and that and then I found out he wasn't even checking on my septic properly. FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AThe local septic company told me my system was shot even though they did not look for my septic tanks, and I had location photos. I then called Universal Vacuum because their ad in a yellow page book said they restore. On the phone, the owner Jimmy was confident, positive, and made an appointment with me right away for the following day. Justin arrived promptly at 10 a.m as promised by the owner. Throughout the three hour job, Justin asked questions of me, told me his progress, and also found a leak in a commode. Justin was sympathetic to my situation of having a broken sewer line, while still remaining professional. He explained the process to me with great patience. It's great to be still smiling when you hand over the check. Thank you Universal.

FSpoke to Mike shortly after 8am to schedule visit for a leaking pipe. He stated he would send next available man. Called him at 1pm and he said he would be there after this job. Called him at 4pm, told him I understood if he was too busy, just let me know as we have no water. No call back. Never came.

AThe job was done extremely well. Every effort was made to protect trees in a densely wooded lot. JC could not have been more helpful.
He is quite knowledgeable and has many years of experience, giving me a lot of confidence in his work. He is an expert at operating a backhoe and a bobcat. I would be glad to recommend him to anyone.

BThe recent inspection went fine. No equipment defects or problems were noted. In previous years, Aggieland Septic has pumped out my tank, replaced the motor on my aerator and later rebuilt it (apparently damaged by ants), and performed the routine inspections. Initially, they noted on every inspection report that the septic tank needed to be pumped out. However, in the last 7 years, they have not mention that it needed to be pumped out again (so far).
