AJBG PlumbingI first called JBG on a weekend in December when I only had 1 hour till I had to leave for work. The guy arrived at my house in 15 minutes and removed the reverse osmosis tanks that were leaking. Then 5 months later I noticed another leak and scheduled another appointment. The technician was early and very professional. He quickly found the leak and recommended a complete replacement of the faucet. He installed not only a new faucet but a new filtered water faucet too. My exterior faucet was also replaced at the same visit. Knowing that something is done right the first time and if there’s a problem it’ll be fixed is good to know. Both technicians tested and verified no additional leaks were present before leaving.- Jennifer W.

He showed up on time, find the issue and fix it within 10 mins. I asked him to look at another problem I was having while he was there. Easy fix and should me what to do. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AEddie Cox came out and fixed us up quickly. Eddie was on the crew that did the remodel about 5 years ago. We had the hot tub removed and nice large shower put in its place. The old shower became a linen closet. Oh yes a new vanity with useful storage was put in. We love the bathroom! The service after the install has been Super!

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AThe job went well. Dale showed up on time and was very professional. We had been having issues with the time it took the water to heat up in the home so we had him take a look at possible causes. Dale cycled water through all the faucets to understand our concern and found the issue by the heater. Apparently the heater was set to a timer which was turned off. Afterwards he performed the cleaning of the heater which went fine.
