AAll-Pro Property ServicesI have been satisfied with them. They are responsive. For example, one thing that I request from them is in my back yard that they use their mower and not their weed eater. It's faster if they weed eat, it's not a big lawn. There is an area below towards the back of the yard that is a wild area that I back up on to. They weed eat that area for me. Last week when they came, I was here. They started to weed eat the grass in the back, so I went in the back and said no that's not how I want you to do that. These crews they rotate. They change out. The guy said I know. He said our push lawn mower, the small lawn mower, is broken. It's in the shop. He said we will be very careful, in fact they did it twice so that it wouldn't be uneven. It does look fine. They just make appointments. I have used them for several years now. What I have asked for, and they don't have a problem with it, is I call them when I need it. Once the summer arrives, and the heat and no rain, the grass doesn't grow. I call them rather than them come out. I think most of their customer do the bi-weekly.- Carolyn C.

ALARRY'S LAWNThey do fertilization and that kind of stuff. They do cutting grass, raking leaves, trimming bushes, just general landscaping. They seem fine. They come when we're at work so I don't normally see them. They come when they're supposed to. The price is great. They leave an invoice. I don't have to pre-pay or anything. They leave an envelope and I get it when I get in.- John R.

AAguilar Lawn CareI own a home that is on 1.3 acres, of which approx half is sodded with St Augustine grass. Mr Aguilar provided me with a quote for mowing, edging, blowing on Friday March 15th, and was able to perform the work on Monday March 18th as promised. He personally performed the mowing while the rest of the crew edged and cleaned up. The service took approx 30minutes, after which he discussed future lawn care program and had great recommendations for watering and fertilizer schedule. I was very pleased with his professionalism and quick service, and i would highly recommend him.- Andrea E.

AColton Rhodes LandscapingI had accepted Colton's bid about 10 days before he did the job. His demeanor was friendly and professional, and his bid was 1/2 of a previous bid I had received. We agreed that his completion date would be within a month and dependant upon other jobs he had going and the weather. Colton and a helper arrived unexpected after 5 pm on 3/23/2015 and asked if they could begin the project. It was labor intensive, digging up and wheeling dirt out and then wheeling in granite with a wheelbarrow over a path of loose gravel. With the aid of exterior house flood lights, they both worked until after 9 pm to complete the hauling in and spreading of the granite before the helper went home. Colton continued leveling the granite and then sprayed it with water to help it compact, and instructed me to do the same at least two more times over the next two days. But before leaving, Colton wanted everything to look clean and professional. He took the time to power wash all the sidewalks running to the project. Great patience and composure were displayed when his power washer broke. And after a 20+ minute onsite repair, he finished washing the walk way and left. It was 10:30 p.m. The next afternoon, Colton and a different helper arrived to finish the project by placing and anchoring the edging around the parimeter. My involvement was sought to position it exactly where I wanted it in relation to adjacent structures and flower beds. When the job was completed, he said it was important to him that I be happy with the finished product and he asked me, "Are you happy?" My answer was "yes." I am very pleased with the end result. My husband and I have enclosed the area with fencing and the dogs are using it. I am VERY pleased with the functionality and appearance of the "doggie pee patch." . AM.Ramirez Lawn Service LLCHe takes wonderful care of my house. He's a neighbor and he takes care of everyone's lawn on this block and does it exceptionally well. They are very conscientious about how they take care of my yard. When they mow and edge they make sure and clean up. It always looks neat and beautiful when they are done. They do a wonderful job and if I add stuff to my yard they always know how to take care of it. The price is excellent, he's very reasonable. He makes his own decisions about when he comes which is fine with me. He has a routine kind of schedule. He usually comes on Wednesday but if something is going on he'll come on Thursday, but that's unusual. I've been using him for 3 years.- Patricia K.

ANeals ScottHe is perfect. I had tried all kinds of people and I had a landscaper who recommended Neal for yard care. He was so cheap I thought there must be something wrong with him but it was so the other way around. I have had people who weren’t near as good as him and I have had people who charged twice as much. Sometimes Neal doesn’t come as quick as I would like him to but I told him that I didn’t care what he does as long as he doesn’t stop. His price is very reasonable. The only thing he does wrong is that sometimes Carlos helps him and he leaves the gate open so the dog gets out. I figure if he’s that cheap, we can check the gate ourselves. One day he said something that I found offensive. I was comfortable enough with him that I told him I was offended. We argued about it but I felt I had an opportunity to educate him.- Lynne P.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
