ARoof WorxWow. I really appreciate the work that Roof Worx has done for my family. After the 2013 Erie microburst (that leveled the Boulder Valley Velodrome), I knew it wouldn't be long before unscrupulous roofers started knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I did a pre-emptive strike and looked up Roof Worx through BBB listings (before I had AL) and gave them a call. Brian was out within 24 hours to assess the damage (where it took State Farm nearly 2 weeks) - and helped facilitate the entire insurance claim processes.Brian Benner is a godsend. Not only did he effectively act as the GC for the entire project - but he was quick to answer calls or texts and helped minimize the impact these repairs had on my family's life (my wife was 8 months pregnant, on bed-rest). In fact - his guys stayed until almost 8 pm to finish the roof and skylights in one day (as they thought rain might be coming). AND RAIN IT DID - RoofWorx saved us BIG TIME! The rain that came lasted for more than a week (the 2013 Colorado Flood) - but we stayed dry with zero leaks under our nice new roof.The custom-order windows took a little longer (especially with the other damage claims that came in after the flood) - but again, Brian communicated with us regularly and even stopped by a few times to give us updates - checking in to make sure their repairs were not impacted by the flood. Once they were in town the windows, like the roof, were installed in one day - and were an instant improvement. I love the new windows.Through the entire process, State Farm tried repeatedly to cheap-out on us - but we had Brian on our side, ensuring that the job was done correctly. I don't envy what he and his team had to go through with State Farm (the two instances I sat on hold with State Farm for 90 minutes were enough for me!) - but he worked with them and got them to make us whole from the loss.I highly recommend Roof Worx for the information, communication and service that they provide. ACross Construction & GutterWe recently moved into a Palm Harbor home in Anderson. We needed a local company to put up gutters for us. I found Daniel through Angie's List. I called and he came out the same day to give us an estimate. The colors of our home are kind of an unusual color. I didn't think we would find a color to match but Daniel was able to find the perfect color gutters. He came out the next day and installed our gutters. I am so proud of them. They look awesome! AThe Anderson's Family Remodeling & ConstructionThey prepared a thorough estimate, required down payment for materials and showed up on time. The total job took a few more days than the actual estimate but did not present a problem. The family is nice and pleasant to work with. It was a breath of fresh air to finally have someone perform the work they were hired to do and not cut corners. The only reason I gave them a B instead of A on quality was upon walk through, I had to point out multiple things that were not 100% complete. After finalizing those minor things, we ended up with an "A" grade of quality work. I highly recommend them for remodeling work and they work great with no supervision and make great decorating calls, if you can't be around,i.e. the countertops and backsplash they picked out and installed look amazing!- Lorri C.

AOnce we settled on the work to be done, the project proceeded very nicely. The crew took a day longer than estimated; but, that wasn't a problem for us. The crew worked through one of the hottest days of 2018, incidentally. The workmanship was excellent. I needed additional ventilation in me attic, and Final Touch provided three solutions that have made what I think is a significant difference. Clean up was exceptional too. Final Touch is more expensive than the others, but they are worth the premium.

AI highly recommend a call to David Kramer with Mill Creek Roofing. David went beyond the service by meeting the insurance adjuster and walking me through the process. He explain what they were gong to do and they did it! He worked with the insurance estimate replacing the roof and gutters. He was here on-site day one of the job. I called him on day two with a couple of minor issue, which he handled immediately. He was back to inspect the roof & gutter job completed on day three. I asked for ridge vents in addition to the insurance replacement of the roof vents which they did without question. He found a few issue during he inspection, which is being corrected right now on day four. He shows a GREAT attention to detail getting it done RIGHT for the customer. The roof crew was great!. Here by 7:30am working all day until 7:30pm in feels like 100+ temperatures. The gutter crew was fantastic! I had a few request and modifications which was completed with out hesitation. I shouldn't need a roof for at least 20+ years. BUT, if I do, I'm calling David with Mill Creek Roofing to do the job.

AServiceman was right on time. Before cleaning the inside of my fireplace, as well as the gas logs, he laid a blanket down so no dust could get on my floor or furnishings. He noticed that the logs were set a little too close to the front, then adjusted the log rack so the gas could flow better through the logs. He also noted that the gas pipe was at the correct length to the logs. Next, he went outside and did an inspection of the chimney by getting on the roof. Except for a slight crack in the caulking around the cap there were no problems. The caulking was not something that required repair at this time. This serviceman was very professional in doing his job, in cleaning up after his inspection, and in the information he gave. I will call this company again.
