AReed's Outdoor ServicesReeds has exceeded all my expectations...! Despite a large number of downed trees damaging the fences and gate over this last stormy year, Reeds has kept up their inspections of the property, communicated with me quickly regarding authorizing any needed work and performed it quickly as well as providing detailed video documentation of the damages for my Insurance provider. Most recently, while out of town, a serious windstorm took down 3 large trees, which of course, fell on the nearest fence. Based on hearing the news reports of the storm that had affected the Bryan-College Station area, Reeds conducted an "unscheduled" inspection of our property, contacted me via phone and email with photos of the damage, and upon authorization, removed the trees and repaired the fencing before any of my neighbor’s livestock could make a break for it. Reeds prices are on par with other Outdoor Contractors in the area, but their attention to detail, quality of their work and especially their CUSTOMER SERVICE are far and away the best in the Bryan-College Station area, even tho they are headquartered in Dallas. Being able to rely on ONE contractor for everything from mowing, tree service, fencing, roofing and exterior building maintenance is a blessing. Reeds provides the best value, by far and I give them my highest recommendation.- Terry D.

AThe Original HandymanThe work was of high quality, fast, and efficient. They not only fixed the main problem of the door not latching, but did "extra" by oiling the hinges and digging out the ground to allow the door to fully swing open. The workers were very friendly and even gave me a quote on another project while they were on site. I gave a "B" for responsiveness because I called one afternoon and left a message but did not hear back from them. However, they did answer when I called a second time the next morning and they even fit in the job on the same day. Overall, I was very pleased with their work.- Michelle A.

AI highly recommend a call to David Kramer with Mill Creek Roofing. David went beyond the service by meeting the insurance adjuster and walking me through the process. He explain what they were gong to do and they did it! He worked with the insurance estimate replacing the roof and gutters. He was here on-site day one of the job. I called him on day two with a couple of minor issue, which he handled immediately. He was back to inspect the roof & gutter job completed on day three. I asked for ridge vents in addition to the insurance replacement of the roof vents which they did without question. He found a few issue during he inspection, which is being corrected right now on day four. He shows a GREAT attention to detail getting it done RIGHT for the customer. The roof crew was great!. Here by 7:30am working all day until 7:30pm in feels like 100+ temperatures. The gutter crew was fantastic! I had a few request and modifications which was completed with out hesitation. I shouldn't need a roof for at least 20+ years. BUT, if I do, I'm calling David with Mill Creek Roofing to do the job.
