AHome Remedy LLCMike came out quickly to give an estimate and the work started right on schedule. Mike originally estimated the job at 3800 but allowed me to do the wall removal (but not the studs) myself for 600 less (later I asked for some changes so there was an additional 200 charge - thus the final price of 3400). Mike returned a second time to give me guidance on what to do in the wall removal. The carpenter who did the framing, the electric and gas was Dennis. He did a very good job. Initially, we did two arches, but after seeing the second one, I decided I wanted it square instead and so Dennis removed it and made it square. I made several other small changes and there was never a problem with that. Another team came to do the drywall and plastering. After it was all completed, there was a small section (about 6 inches) with a slight bulge. I asked Mike to come take a look and he had it all fixed right away with no hesitation at all. APhillips Hoover Roofing & ConstructionThey took out walls, changed light fixtures, moved the door, moved the shower and made it bigger. They installed custom cabinets and counter tops. They also installed a linen closet with a built in hamper. Lastly, they removed a jacuzzi tub and covered a bay window. You can't even tell there was a window there! Until last spring when I found Jeffrey Wragg, owner of the company "Cape Home Remodel - Basement Concepts," through Angie's list. In the summer he rebuilt my deck, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and skilled workmanship that I asked him to finish my basement. When we discussed what needed to be done, he provided excellent advice and subsequently gave me a detailed contract with a very competitive estimate. He completed the job before the deadline, and the final cost did not deviate from the estimate. I am delighted with the job he did; it even surpassed my expectations. ADAILEY ELECTRIC INCExcellent! It took two full days and 2 workers. They showed up early both days. The power had to be turned off and they made sure that it was only for a few hours instead of overnight (thank goodness because temps were in the 90's!). Even added an extra outlet for the garage door opener because they were afraid the inspector would not like our extension cord. Made sure everything was where it needed to be or where we wanted it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working before they left after finishing even going so far as labeling the breakers in the breaker box.- SD C.

APaint-RiteCouldn't have gone better. He came when he said he would, did things in the order we asked, performed the work immaculately, and left everything cleaner than he found it. And he is dead honest--he is one of only two people to whom we have given our alarm code, because we trust him to go in and out of the house when we are not here, and he has even come over in an emergency when we were out of town. AMalek did a great job as always. A small mess was left behind that they didn't clean up but other than that - I put my trust in Malek. A few years ago, we had a new AC installed by a local vendor (IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT). Malek came out and fixed everything that was wrong and we were completely satisfied with their work and professional customer service. We have been with Malek ever since and will always recommend them.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
