FCre8 StoneAt first, it was great. Shortly after completion, a very wide crack went the entire heiight. He sent someone to add more limestone over it. I have hundreds of progress pics. I now know he took a short cut. He used no black backing nor ANY wire mesh, on one end and nothing at very top. Used hardi backer attached to metal, then sprayed limestone over it. I have email & text with him stating LIFETIME warranty. There is so much damage, and he finally made the effort After 5 months of requesting he come by. Refuses to honor his work, or his word. He has RUINED this house. We have no choice but to proceed legally. Im absolutely heartbroken, because this is the ONLY thing I got, that I asked for. In the summer he rebuilt my deck, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and skilled workmanship that I asked him to finish my basement. When we discussed what needed to be done, he provided excellent advice and subsequently gave me a detailed contract with a very competitive estimate. He completed the job before the deadline, and the final cost did not deviate from the estimate. I am delighted with the job he did; it even surpassed my expectations. AThis painting experience went very well! Three bedrooms needed a new look and paint was the first choice. The crew was on time every morning. They wore their masks, gloves and shoe booties, all day as well. They cleaned up when finished. Also, they came by two days later to make sure we were still happy w/our color choice. No other painting company has done that before. We are pleased with the results and will hire them again.

AI put a 12' x 33' concrete slab at the back of my house in preparation for a sunroom and then got visits and bids from several installers in the Austin area. In a previous house some years ago I had had a moderately unpleasant experience with a nationally known sunroom installer because of leaks and maintenance and, this time, made careful plans in advance. I considered a wood framed structure but the cost would have been 1.5 - 2.5 time more. I chose Lone Star Patio. They installed a beautiful aluminum sunroom over the slab (11 windows + a cabana door) with electrical outlets/fan/light. Peter Garcia, the owner, had a personal hand in almost everything that got done. He is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The person who manually did the installation, Sean, is a perfectionist (and also a really nice fellow). The electricians - subcontractors - were so good that I will call them myself if I need electrical work. Peter knows how to choose good workers. There were some significant delays but these were due to weather and matters beyond Lone Star Patio's control. There is a 5 year labor warranty from Lone Star Patio + longer materials warranties from Norandex (for the windows) and PGT (for the door). Overall, we are very happy with results and I trust the company to provide maintenance, if it's needed during the warranty periods.
