AAll Appliance & Refrigeration MattersWith a leaking 3-year old washing machine I called All Appliance Repair without any previous experience. In just a few hours they came to my house to determine the problem - very courteous and helpful! It was a leaky pump which needed to be ordered and would be available in 2 days. Just as promised the team came out to my home to install the new pump. It took about 1 hour and all was fixed, including a 1-year warranty. AChoice Home WarrantyDryer was repaired within 10 hours of call. The technician was very professional and polite. Same technician was dispatched to repair the condensing unit on my A/C. He found that the unit had an incorrect fan motor installed previously and got an approval from CHW to repair. FAggieland Appliance RepairThis is a consumer fraud! We invited the aggieland appliance repair. They came, told us that it is better to replace the cooktop, since other burners will also go bad, and we agreed. The unusual thing was that they took the whole payment ($1090) for the cooktop and installation right up front October 14th, 2020 and promised that the cooktop will be received the first decade of November. (I checked and found the price exuberant, but decided to stay with them). After long attempts to contact them by e-mail and phone, I was told November 13th that the cooktop had arrived and that I needed to make appointment on their WEb site, which I did immediately for November 30th afternoon. The site said that I would be soon contacted with confirmation (which has never happened) and that they would call 30 min before arrivalon 11/30 (never happened, as well as the servbice). My many attempts to contact them over the last several days and today (Nov. 30th) were unsuccessful. They never reply to the e-mail and all calls receive a message that their mailbox is full.- Peter K.

AGaas Refrigeration, IncPaul was recommended by a colleague. He arrived the next day - since coming the night before would have cost more for after hours service, he recommended. Found the burnt wires, fixed that and a few other problems, checked the freon levels and the ducts for temperature difference across air cooler, and demonstrated a simple way to upkeep the compressor and fan from overloading again. AServiceman was right on time. Before cleaning the inside of my fireplace, as well as the gas logs, he laid a blanket down so no dust could get on my floor or furnishings. He noticed that the logs were set a little too close to the front, then adjusted the log rack so the gas could flow better through the logs. He also noted that the gas pipe was at the correct length to the logs. Next, he went outside and did an inspection of the chimney by getting on the roof. Except for a slight crack in the caulking around the cap there were no problems. The caulking was not something that required repair at this time. This serviceman was very professional in doing his job, in cleaning up after his inspection, and in the information he gave. I will call this company again.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FI wish I could give 0 stars. Review: Landmark is the worst home warranty you can find. We have been without heat or AC since the end of October. It is mid December. Our poor animals and humans in our home are FREEZING. Landmark is waiting on a part from their distributor and we were promised it AROUND December 10th. We have been given the runaround with Landmark. Friday 12/11 we called dozens of times and left call back numbers and had someone even say they’d call us back. That never happened. We were supposed to *hopefully* have the part by Friday, December 10th so all we wanted was an update. Well come to find out the part might not be in until JANUARY 11th. We have had no heat or AC since the end of October. Our dogs, ourselves and our CHILD have had no heat in our home. It is mid-December. It is freezing. I’m surprised our pipes haven’t burst. About 2-3 weeks ago they offered us a “pay out” and would send us a check with what they would cover and we would cover the rest. We considered it but we would have to pay almost DOUBLE to what we agreed upon. The funny part is the AC/Heat company they have contracted to do the job HAS THE PART and could do the job TOMORROW. But noooo Landmark wants to take the cheap route and wait for their distributor almost 3 months out since we lost heat/AC. This is neglectful. Also, you might suggest “try to call Landmark”. LOL. We have waiting on hold for up to 2 hours and then finally it will tell you to leave a call back number and they never call. There are no working emails (or representatives choose not to reply) and no way to directly contact anyone via phone. My advice: do not even waste your time considering Landmark.
