  The actual install when completed was okay. The cabinets are not the best quality, I was only provided with the one brand during quote. Once the cabinets arrived and installed I mentioned they did not appear to be of good quality, and at that time was informed they have a different brand but he didn't think we would want them because of the cost. The bicycle rack has fallen off the wall because it was only mounted to the sheet rock and not anchored in the stud.

  The crew that attended went grocery shopping prior to coming to our home, and asked if we would mind if they used our freezer for there groceries. The helper asked if she could do her laundry in our washer and dryer, and asked if we could provide her with personal hygiene item.

  Owner came to house provided bid, and said half to start and remaining half at completion, I paid 50 % down for start. The Concrete work and escavation was sub-contracted and done at a reasonable timeframe, escavation was important because the area holds water and wanted to make sure it would drain when we had rain. The escavation work was never done or it was not done properly. If we have rain the gate to the pen is in standing water. Now we wade through mud and water to feed or enter the pen. The metal post for kennel cover were set on completion of concrete work. Couple days later the chain link fence was erected. Once this was completed we waited a few days, and during that time it rained, I contacted owner and advised it would be somewhat impossible to drive into back yard due to the recent rain, and standing water. He advised he couldnt work in those conditions and said they would be back once everything dried, A couple days later the owner dropped off the metal cover material and kick board. It remained in driveway for about a week or two weeks, and I contacted owner to ask when work would be finished. They came out within a couple of days to complete the work. Owner contacted me and said they was onsite and would be finished that day and said they would need to be paid on completion of service. I told owner that I would not be home at 5 and would come by at noon. I came by and they had almost completed the cover over the concrete pad. Owner said he was missing a cornor trim piece. Owner confirmed that he would comeback and put on that piece on once he received it from the supplier. I paid the owner remaining balance. When I got home, I found the unused material laying somewhat scattered around the backyard, the Texas Fence yard sign still laying on driveway, and a tape measure ontop of the cover. I contacted the owner and asked if this was completed and he seemed somewhat surprised i asked that question, I explained what i found, and he said he would get the remaining items when he returned with the trim, that was 2 months ago and 2 phone calls ago, and still no show.
