They're very thorough inside and out and provide me with updates on anything they find. Each time he treats, he provides a good explanation of what was used and what results to expect.     Not well. There has been one issue after another with this company. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment (we drove an hour round trip to meet them at a newly constructed home prior to our moving in) and after calling past the scheduled time, we found out that the technician was having a vehicle repaired and would not be meeting us after all. Another quarterly scheduled appointment (they chose the date and time), we received an email the day of the appointment pushing the service to another day. We hired them for a special service of sealing external openings in our home at a cost of $1500. We had set up our account to have our pest service billed on a monthly basis to a credit card. We asked that they not bill this special service to our credit card and payed by check. They cashed the check and billed the credit card also so we now payed $3000 for a $1500 service. We called them and since they cashed the check, they credited the credit card back and started sending monthly statements by mail (which was fine by us). Then they started sending past due emails on the $1500 special charge even though they cashed our check. Now we have an email stating we owe them a monthly charge that was due 14 days ago. We called since we did not receive a statement in the mail and were told it was mailed 8 days ago and we should be receiving it any day. I asked to speak to someone regarding cancelling my service with this company at this point in time and was told the account coordinator who could handle this was on the phone and would have to call me back. It has now been nearly two hours and no one has called me back. Although their technicians have done a fair job when they come, there are too many problems (primarily billing) for a 4 month history of doing business with these folks. I do understand that occasionally problems occur but this is way too many for a short period of time.

    It didn't, I called on a Tuesday and schedule an appointment for Thursday after noon. Come the appointment time, I got a call saying that the guy was way on the other side of town and it was the end of the day. He wanted to reschedule Friday. I reluctantly said yes. Well, as of a few minutes ago he called and is again on the other side of town at the end of the day and wanted to reschedule for Monday. I told him to cancel everything. That is some of the worst customer service I have ever received from anyone. I would not recommend relying on them for anything time critical.

    I did not purchase from them.  Their door-to-door tactics are annoying and unwelcome.  I will never, ever buy from anyone doing doorstop hard sell.  If they are so good at ridding my home of pests, how come they still show up at my door?

    The technician arrived as scheduled and introduce himself.  He asked if there were any particular issues that needed addressed and proceeded to treat the interior very completely.  We had some wasp nests outside that he removed and treated the perimeter of the house.  We have had them come out specifically for ants and some exterior pests in between our regular scheduled treatments, and they have always been very responsive.

    We have a service contract with them, and we have been using them for a long time.  We paid for full service and there is no additional charges.  Their spray is eco-friendly.  Their company is Christian-based.  The people there are nice and friendly.  They are always on time.  We never had any problems with them.  If there are any issue, they come immediately and address the problem.

    Drop Dead Pest Control
    This company was on time, though and detailed proving me with a complete overview of the pests that could do my family harm. Having found some brown recluse I had Craig treat the whole propery. When he left he said I might see a bug, but it will be a dead bug. He was right all I have seen is the odd dead bug. I'll keep him coming back!

    We moved into our house last summer and realized very quickly we had a big spider/bug problem on our hands.  Since the initial treatment  we have contracted for a bi-monthly service and they have all but eliminated our problem.  They are quick to come to our house between scheduled treatments if we have an issue and are always professional in how they carry themselves.  Bill is the tech that services our house and he is very thourogh and friendly each treatment.  The day of our last scheduled treatment we left a note on our door that we needed him to come inside a treat a couple of specific places.  Our prior commitment ran long and we thought that Berrett would have left by the time we got home but when we pulled up the Berrett truck was still there and Bill was patiently waiting.  In addition to waiting, Bill also took the time to neatly and fold our flag that had fallen to the ground after the flag pole broke in high winds that morning.  Thank you Bill!
