    DFW Improved
My master bathroom flooded while we were out of town. Once we returned and realized what had happened, DFW was on site accessing the situation, had fans and blowers within 4 hours, had a quote in hand and then work began. They made an extraordinarily stressful situation manageable. They were professional as well as fast. I would high recommend this company and will be using them to remodel my kitchen in the near future.

    DFW Improved
Seamless! We had flood damage on the entire first floor of our home from a flood. DFW improved started helping us the night this occurred. They calling contractors for the clean up which occurred that same evening and then starting the restoration process as soon as it was dry. Replaced our Hickory wood floors (at our request) with a wood look tile that we absolutely love. The process was smooth and completed ahead of schedule. Gary stayed in touch with us daily with progress reports, photos and verifying the changes we requested were being implemented to our satisfaction. We highly recommend DFW Improved and will always look to them for any future improvements or emergencies that comes up. Thanks DFW Improved!!

    DFW Improved
We had an incredible experience with DFW Improved from start to finish. We remodeled both our kitchen and master bathroom and were worried about how disrupted our lives would be during the process. DFW Improved worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job so we could get back to our normal lives. The guys working in the house were professional and kept the job extremely clean and organized. I would highly recommend this company for your remodeling projects.

    Heritage Hardwood Floors
Money was paid in full for 3 rooms of flooring.  He walked off the job saying, "I'm done!  Call another flooring co.  We had to pay others to finish the job, but now he is suing us for full amount of work he did not complete.

    Lawton Construction Co
Used Neil and his crew to lay hardwood floors in 800 feet of our main living areas.  They were very professional, always showing up on time and working quickly until the job was completed.  They had to grind down several portions of the cement before laying the floor.  I really appreciate that they took the time to do the job right.  I would defiantly use them again!

    4a Flooring
We had been shopping for new flooring for over a year. We received several quotes from various flooring companies, including big box stores Home Depot and Lowe's. We decided on porcelain tile that looked like wood offered by Home Depot. The problem we had is that Depot required us to make full payment for supplies and installation at the time of the order. They sub-contract the installation. We did not feel comfortable paying for installation up front before we saw the finished project. Depot said we were more than welcome to hire another company to install their product.
4a Flooring was referred to us by another contractor we previously used for our home. I contacted owner Rob Karnes about installation of the Home Depot tile. Rob told us he had a better product than Home Depot and brought us a sample for comparison as he was familiar with the Depot product. He was willing to install their product, but wanted us to see an alternative. Both products were porcelain tile that looked like wood flooring. Rob's sample was clearly superior to what Home Depot offered. We agreed to go with his product and contracted for installation. We paid only for materials up front with the balance due after installation was completed to our satisfaction.
Rob's partner Antonio and his crew showed up as promised for the installation. They were very efficient and made sure to minimize waste by using every cut tile they could. We ordered 3% over the square footage and came out with less than a box left over! Antonio and his crew ripped up the existing carpets and tile. They cleaned the base completely before beginning installation. They took care to measure and cut pieces to precision. It was amazing to watch them work. They had a crew ranging from 3 to 5 men each day. They took 2 full days to install new tile. Another day and a half to grout and a final half day to clean and apply sealant.
When we inspected the completed job we found one tile out of 1,400 that was installed a bit too low causing an uneven finish. Antonio replaced that tile and re-grouted it within minutes. Overall the job turned out fantastic and we are more than pleased to have done business with 4a Flooring and highly recommend them. We will use them again to replace our stairs and second floor carpets!

    Nadine Floor Company
It was great! They did the whole project within a week. They were very efficient. They pulled up the carpet, very tidy, and the floors look great.  The communication was good and pricing was fair. I would recommend them.

    Home Floors
The job was to install hardwood & porcelain tile purchased elsewhere.  Only supplies incidental to the installation process, not materials, would have been at the expense of Home Floors, and yet after their bid was found acceptable, they wanted half of the funds upfront before they would even put us on their schedule.   This killed the deal.  It would have been different had Home Floors ordered the flooring, or in some way been "out of pocket" before installation, but they were not.  It would also have been different had the job involved several days labor, but most bidders figured 1 & 1/2 days to complete, and not a single other bidder for the job requested funds before the job was done.

    Keith Clay Floors
He was very professional. He was a little late, but that was because of traffic. We both really thought that we should keep him on the list. We liked his presentation. He seemed to have good knowledge of the field.

    Good Guy Flooring
All projects were on time & on budget that was given unless of course I made any changes. Could not ask for a better turnkey job!
