    DFW Improved
Seamless! We had flood damage on the entire first floor of our home from a flood. DFW improved started helping us the night this occurred. They calling contractors for the clean up which occurred that same evening and then starting the restoration process as soon as it was dry. Replaced our Hickory wood floors (at our request) with a wood look tile that we absolutely love. The process was smooth and completed ahead of schedule. Gary stayed in touch with us daily with progress reports, photos and verifying the changes we requested were being implemented to our satisfaction. We highly recommend DFW Improved and will always look to them for any future improvements or emergencies that comes up. Thanks DFW Improved!!

    Cleaning Kings
The provider contacted me promptly to set up an appointment, but we were unsure of what dates we would be available so I chose to contact the provider when we were ready to book.  They were again prompt at responding with a time window (between 10:00am and 12:00pm) for arrival.  The technician arrived at approximately 11:25am which was within the arrival window.  I was not given instruction prior to their arrival, but I cleared the area of all but the large furniture and did a quick vacuum of the tile.  We had also pre-measured the three areas to be cleaned and were pretty certain that all three fell within the covered voucher area.  When the technician arrived, I asked him to verify that all three areas were within the covered voucher.  After calculating, he informed me that the small bathroom was not, but he could clean it for $10 extra.  I agreed to move forward with having all three areas cleaned.  I asked him if there would be a marked improvement in the grout color and if he could get it back to the lt. tan that it should be.  His response was that it would be like "Night and Day" when he was finished.
The technician asked me to clear the large items from the area (mind you, I'm a 140lb woman with a toddler on her hip) and he would be back in 5 minutes to begin.  I had to move our large counter height table, 6 dining chairs, a complete bar with barstools and a large wine fridge from the area while he went to get ready so that he could provide the service.  No offer of assistance.  Even my carpet cleaners will move the big stuff. Had I received instruction to have the area completely cleared, I could have had my husband do this before he left today.  I managed do get it done, but only 2 hours after the service is complete, I've had to take pain medication and will likely be making a doctors appointment for an injury. :(
The technician came in and pre-treated the tile and began work.  I took the toddler into my office and locked up our cats to keep everyone out from underfoot.  When I heard the machines had stopped, I came out to check progress.  He informed me that he was done.  I saw no noticeable different in the grout.  The very dark brown grout (which is supposed to be light tan) was still very dark brown.  There was standing water on all three surfaces.  When I mentioned to him that the grout looked no different to me his response was "Yes it does".  Ummmm, I didn't go blind in the hour he was here.  I went to show him what the grout should look like (When moving the heavy furniture I had noticed the grout under it was like new) and he informed me that all the grout still looked dark because it was "wet".  He then went around the kitchen saying "See, this grout looks cleaner", "This spot here gave me some trouble", "Here is a problem area and I had a hard time with this one", "This over here just looks dark because there is a shadow in the room", "Look at this line, it looks cleaner and it's drying now".   He told me the area would be completely dry in 1/2 hour and I would be able to see that it was much cleaner.  I confirmed with him that he "sealed" the grout because I could smell no sealant at all and there was standing water in the floor.  He confirmed that yes he did seal the grout.
I brought back $10 cash to pay for the additional room and he told me that I now owed $18.99.  Maybe I owe tax on the voucher I purchased?  I'll have to go back and look at that.  I know there isn't $8.99 tax on the $10 additional dollars I owed but I was becoming disenchanted quickly and as a woman alone in her home with a strange man, I felt very vulnerable and uncomfortable raising a fuss about quality or price alone.  I went to grab my checkbook and he lent me his pen.  I put my 20 month old down on the floor in the carpeted living area where (where we were) so that I could write him a check and she promptly wandered over to the kitchen floor.  Two seconds into writing my check (which I could have had written ahead of time had I known it would be necessary) my toddler screams.  She had fallen in the standing water left on the floor and hit the back of her head.  His response was "I think she fell".  REALLY?  You think?  I went in as calmly as I could, grabbed my daughter, handed him the check and saw him out.  I then sat down and cried with my daughter.
This has NOT been the best of mornings.  I was so excited to have clean tile and grout this morning.  Now, I'm wishing I had just gone to Home Depot and purchased the grout cleaner and sealant myself (which is what I now have to do anyway).  I've checked the surface several times again.  Two hours after the floor was supposed to be completely dry, I still see no marked difference in the kitchen and very little difference in the entryway.  There is STILL standing water in areas of the kitchen and small bath and I'm at the point now that I am going to just go get some towels and soak up what I can.  In inspecting several times, I have found cracked grout at the entrance to the small bathroom and some "iffy" places in the kitchen were it looks like there are some areas missing (or thinned).  I had inspected pretty well prior to them coming after reading other reviews, just to make sure I made note of any broken grout prior to services rendered.  There was also a dirty mess left in the driveway by the machine on the truck, but I'll have my husband hose that off when he gets home, so it's not a big deal....just annoying.
    I still don't understand:
    1.  Why there were not prior instructions to move all heavy furniture prior to service if they do not provide this assistance?
    2.  Why I do not see the "Night and Day" results the experienced technician (who does this all day) expected I would see?
    3.  Why standing water was left on the tiles?
    4.  What type of "sealant" was used on the grout that left no smell?  I haven't found any zero-odor sealant available on the market.
    5.  How sealant was applied to the grout with standing water in the floor?
    6.  Why my $10 extra fee turned into $18.99?
    What I'm Happy about:
    1.  The provider serviced my area
    2. The technician was on time
    3.  My tile itself looks cleaner and I didn't have to mop.
    4.  I tried the service prior to having my parents purchase it for their high tile area home.
    5.  There are some areas of grout that look really good!  Most of them were under large furniture with no traffic.
    6.  The technician was polite and allowed me a little time to move the heavy furniture instead of making me reschedule.

Pro-Fresh n All was on time and very courteous. Upon arriving he immediately got to work. He also did an extra 3 rooms and my couch and love seat. Though the appointment was late in the day he had no problems accommodating my requests. Awesome service and my house smelled and looked awesome.
