    Looking good! It did take several weeks for a crew to come do the job (I suppose many clients bought the Angie's Deal) but they were very good about keeping in contact with me. I scheduled a couple more things to be done and they were very prompt with no wait time on these smaller jobs that didn't require a crew for a whole day.

    Excellent customer service from start to finish.  Called to discuss scope of work beforehand and time to expect the crew. Crew showed up promptly and reviewed the scope of work again.  Worked quickly, cleaned up all debris and hauled off, and did a final walkthrough at the end to make sure everything was done.  Our yard looks great and I will definitely use Wellspring again.  Highly recommend them with no reservations.

    Joe was excellent to work with.  Provided great suggestions, cost was very reasonable.  He arrived on time and his crew was on time for their work.  The three men that came out to do the work were great.  Worked very hard all morning.  The suggestions Joe made were implemented.  They trimmed shrubs, removed and replaced one shrub, redesigned the flower beds and area around my two huge oak trees.  They used the cement edging I had and the native rocks in my yard to edge the mulch.  I could not have asked for anything better.  My yard is beautiful.  Thank you Joe and your team.  I love my yard!

    Things were very smooth and quick with Genesis.  It was less than a week from first contact to quote to work performed.  They were prompt, efficient, and hauled away all the trash.  Our lawn was in a bad state of disrepair and the crew had us taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I will use him in the future for other work as needed without a doubt.

    I have been through several landscape companies, and by far Jay and his crew are the most dependable and professional.  Jay even programmed my irrigation system upon his initial visit, before I even decided to use his company or signed a contract!  Now thats great service!  Since I know very little about lawn care, Jay lets me know when its time to fertilize, or if I have problems that I might want to take care of (spraying for bugs or molds, etc), with recommendations for what products to use if I choose to do it myself (which I don't!).  Definitely worth the peace of mind!

    I have been a customer for several years and there has never been a price increase until recently. I received a letter in February indicating that ABC Lawn Services was going to have a small price increase for their services. I had previously paid $45.47 (total with tax) per mow. The price increase would have caused me to pay $48.71 per mow. Prior to the price increase notification, I had been looking to reduce my lawn service costs anyway so when I received the increase notice I called to cancel my lawn service. The lady who first answered the phone asked if I could hold for a moment after I told her I wanted to cancel my service. When she came back on the line, she told me that she talked with the Yard Service Manager who said I could remain at my old fee for mowing if it meant losing my business over the price increase. I had already decided to go with a cheaper lawn service so I politely told the lady I was trying to reduce costs and wanted to go ahead and cancel my lawn service anyway. The lady said "okay, let me transfer you to lawn services". She transferred me directly to the Lawn Service Manager. The Manager asked if I had a problem with the lawn service, I told her no, and said I simply wanted to reduce costs. She thanked me for being a customer and welcomed my business again at any time in the future. The mowing service itself over the last 4-5 years was extremely reliable, they always showed up when they were scheduled to mow. If it rained on my mowing day, they showed up the following day or as soon as it dried out. The quality of service was good although they blew leaves into my landscape beds constantly. This was annoying since I mostly kept very neat, mulched, landscaped beds in my front yard. The lawn would look great but the landscaped flower beds would have grass, debri and leaves blown into them like they were blind to the fact that they were meticulously kept. In all the years I had this service, I only had one complaint. The complaint was that the yard crew showed up to mow my yard in the winter months, the St. Augustine grass was dormant, it had rained and was lightly raining while they mowed, so when they finished it didn't look like any different than before they arrived. I called to complain that mowing dormant St. Augustine grass when it is wet really doesn't accomplish anything. The true results are only seen when you mow dry, dormant grass in the winter as it cleans up the look of the lawn. Since I was paying a hefty cost per mow, even in the winter, I thought this was unacceptable. The Lawn Services Manager at the time argued that his crew would not have mowed if it had been too wet and even argued that his crew said it wasn't raining when they mowed. He refused to believe me until he came out to inspect my lawn himself. While I respect his loyalty to his crews, I felt insulted after speaking with him because I was at home when his crew mowed and I observed that it was raining while they were at my home. When he inspected my lawn the next day, he agreed that it didn't look as good as they would expect it to after mowing in the winter season. The manager agreed to have the mowing crew come back out to do the job over again. Since he actually had the job done again at no cost to me, I was okay with the result of my complaint. I was a bit concerned about having to call with future issues as the Lawn Manager was so completely loyal to his crews that he basically didn't believe me when I told him what happened. I just think he could have handled the complaint better by agreeing to come out and look at my lawn before he basically called me a liar. Their price is a bit too high and is not competitive with other lawn services in my area so I give them a B on price. The irritation of having leaves and grass blown into my pretty landscape beds for years gets them another less than perfect grade of B+. However, their perfect reliability over the years and quality of work being consistently very good gets them an Overall grade of A-.
