He clearly takes pride in his work and realizes that quality workmanship and service are the keys to a successful business. Our home is 25 years old and needed addition flashing, wood molding replacement, new higher quality skylights. All were done professionally. We are very please with the final result as well as the process. His workers were also very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend getting a bid from Shane and letting him explain how the work will be done. He gave us realistic expectations for the possible issues that he may face with the process so we had very few small surprises. He came in exactly to his bid that we agreed on. FGot a bid for replacing my rain gutter from Rain Tech. When sales guy/estimator - Michael was here, he bid the job based on my existing lay out.. he said he will also include leaves guard (as needed, since I don't have too many tree). When installer show up on the day of the install, they said leaves guard is not included and one of the longest down spout is also not included. They want to upsell leaves guard for an extra $1100 (60% addition of the job).. but said they will install the other down spout for "free" (even tho the old downspout and french drain connections were clearly visible). When asked to talk to the sales guy (estimator).. the office manager said, Michael is a full time teacher and only help out on the Sat. to give estimation, therefore, I won't be able to speak to Michael. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and they said owner is not available to speak with customer either. This company is a total bait and switch and I had wasted my day waiting for a new gutter only to had to fire them at the spot.

BWent well. Crew showed up on time, were friendly, and after a quick look and talk, they got right to work. However, they showed up with no drawing, and thought they were doing the entire house. I had to show them my copy of the drawing that was done at the time of the bid. We are very happy with the way it all looks. One disappointment: The owners have not called to see how it went, or if we're happy with the service.

FThe job turned out OK but the installer had a bad attitude and wasn't flexible to listening to the customer's request. The first rainfall revealed the new gutters leaking in two places. The same installer came out. He wouldn't listen to my explanations and proceeded to repair as he was accustomed to. Now, one gutter is again leaking right in front of my entrance door. The company no longer answers the phone and doesn't return calls. I contacted the owner on his personal cell. He agreed to come out yesterday afternoon (1-12-21) but didn't show up. I'm going to have to pay someone else to repair their sloppy work. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. The will take your money and run. They still have an Angie's List logo on their paperwork indicating that Angie's List endorses them. I certainly hope not.
