    RAM Fencing, LLC
We recently had our fence replaced and we had a great experience. Not only did they give us a beautiful fence but they were also so patient and helpful when dealing with the neighbor, willing to explain options and give recommendations on large dogs, and were very fast with their work. It is very obviously that the customers time is important and dollar goes far with RAM Fencing.

Upon requesting a quote I was quickly contacted and setup and appointment with Vince. After an initial visit things got a little crazy on my side to where I was unfortunately slow to respond. Vince kept in contact and after this false start we met again as we needed some additional repairs and he wanted to make sure we were on the same page. Visit, quote went smoothly and a timeline of when was laid out. Prior to the visit I got a call confirming they would be out on the date as expected. The day of Vince, the crew and myself quickly went over the work and later that day all was complete. Great work and a clean site afterwards. Can recommend this folks with confidence and will be working with them again.

B.C. Fence did a fantastic job with our fence! Not only were they incredibly responsive and prompt, but their pricing was very competitive. Should we need any more fence services, I will definitely use them in the future!

    Sagamore Fence & Deck
We contacted Tony at Sagamore with a unique project to enclose a portion of our 4 acres for our elderly dogs to have easier access from our back doors. The project entailed removing an existing masonry wall and then adding decking and stairs to the newly enclosed smaller portion of our property. We have worked with landscape architects in the past, including a fencing project at a previous house to enclose a garden. What made Sagamore standout was the flow of original ideas Tony provided. His initial visit included walking off the property with me, discussing my needs and wants for the project and providing a proposed product he could stand behind. This included several pictures of fencing designs to pinpoint the exact style we wanted and that would flow with our existing landscape. I really loved the different options he provided and how he made sure the final fence was absolutely what my husband and I both envisioned. Our past experiences with the design portion was a rough sketch with no detail of the materials, fencing style, etc. If you are looking for a company that is truly investing in your vision and not just finishing another job, then this is your company. In the end, we did not do the project installation. We decided that fencing off a portion of the yard for our elderly dogs wasn't the best choice as one hurt himself and could no longer run off leash. Initially, I was hesitant to tell Tony. However, he is so easy to talk with and wants the best for his clients. He was the one when to suggest not doing the project before I mentioned it. We will definitely use Sagamore Homes for any future projects in Central Texas.

This project was 100% driven by me. It was as if they didnt want the job, which is insane. There were no updates unless I called, and their start date kept changing (even after assurances it wouldnt). It was a horrible experience and I wish I had hired a different company.

    Ram Fencing
Went horribly wrong - they did not put the posts in the same holes and thereby causing us to lose 10 inches of our property and the fence is also below ground level and if the dirt and rock are pushed up against it - the fence will rot faster due to retaining moisture - so therefore having to leave this with a trench because the boards will be about 3 inches under rock and soil. They made the area so small now beside the AC unit you can hardly get back there - hopefully when the AC folks come out they will give us a ruling on whether this is too close for a fence to be around the outside unit - but the biggest thing is we lost 10 inches of property and neighbor gained 10 inches and lower top of fence. Also asked them to bring extra boards and we would pay for them - we always get extra so we can seal and stain in case boards go bad we have acquired at the same time. They even forgot to do that - and then made a big deal of here have some of the culls (really bad boards) they are free - but that WAS NOT the plan. The fence needs to be redone but we do not want them on the property at all.

    B.C. Fence
I let this review sit for a couple of months, to make sure I had cooled down. I chose BC Fence because my conversation with their project manager made me feel like he would stay on top of the details of the project. In return, we paid top dollar among the multiple bids we received. Im not sure we could have had a more frustrating experience. I think you should be prepared for little or no supervision, an under-equipped and sloppy crew, and several niggling issues that will take time to crop up. You may reach a point where you live with flaws because you worry that return trips will cause more problems than are solved. Specific pain points: -The project started at least a week later than expected. -The work was not done correctly the first, second or even third time. We found issues two months after the new fence was erected, and BC Fence has not addressed those issues a month and a half after notification. -They had to disassembled part of the new fence to cut down a tree we paid to have removed. (After I warned the project manager that it was still there before the pickets went up.) -One of the new gates was installed the wrong direction. -Metal edging that was pulled up when the old fence was removed was not pushed back into place. For one section of edging, they cut a notch in a new picket, and ran the edging into my neighbors yard where it was left flopping loose. -All 2x4s and 4x4s were cut with a chainsaw. The cuts are less than smooth. -Where old post were removed, some of the old cement was removed, but almost all holes, with or without old cement, were left wide open providing a hazard for dogs and people. (Make sure you specify expectations on the old cement at the start, and that the crew has a jackhammer!) -When the re-work was done for the tree removal, hole filling and gate correction, the crew left my gate to the front yard wide open, a hose running in the backyard, and my pool overflowing. -At least one board was nailed into place so that it overlaps the next board, instead of fitting flush. -The fence was installed in September. In November, I discovered that two boards were never nailed into place, and notified BC Fence. It is now January, and they still have not made time to come drive eight nails. I cant think of a more basic fence building task than nailing the boards in place, but it still went undone. Choose BC Fence at your peril.

    Discount Fence USA
As promised in my prior excellent review of this company, I called to obtain an estimate for new work to be performed at another property. My experience was not as good this time. The estimate came in twice what was expected, as compared to the work they performed for me last time. Jamie Courville is very pleasant when he is not interrupting, but he doesn't listen carefully and he didn't respond to written questions directly related to the first estimate. I had asked to have the gate checked to level the gate hinges. He gave an estimate to replace the entire gate. On the second estimate, he eliminated the gate issue entirely. The estimate included sprinkler insurance, which wasn't necessary as there aren't any sprinklers. I truly detest surprise, unnecessary charges. He could have noticed when he was there we don't have sprinklers, OR..he could have asked! Don't just pad your estimate with nonsense hoping people won't notice. Jamie insisted the work can't be done without replacing everything, hence the very high price. Two years ago Dan didn't need to replace a single thing, and Dan's work was exceptional. This causes me to question Jamie's knowledge of this kind of work. I don't think I can use this company anymore, and i'm disappointed to have to say that.

    Custom Deck and Fence
Outstanding job overall! The crew came out and completed the job in one day. They took care to protect the pool and other backyard items from getting covered in stain. To stain the partitions they needed to access our neighbor's yard. The crew took the same care to protect our neighbor's yard and pool as they did with ours.

He did a great job. He does fence replacement, landscaping and handyman jobs. He is so nice. He did a great job on my fence. I also had him stain it. It was a fence with my neighbor and we split the price.
