APersonal CastlesMy wife and I needed a deep cleaning for our house to prepare for interior painting (can't do painting if the walls and baseboards are dirty). Tania did an outstanding job cleaning the house - in fact, she went over and beyond our expectations! JC, the owner of the company, was very courteous and professional over the phone and by email and even visited our house before the cleaning to make sure that everything went smoothly. Personal Castles may not be the cheapest service around, but they're definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend them if you need a high-quality service that will treat you right.- Aaron C.

BThe job was done fairly well. They worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there are a number of stains that couldn't be completely removed from the carpet. However, it is much cleaner and the stains are lighter. The whole appointment lasted less than an hour.

AWe recently relocated from Dallas to a new home in Austin (Dripping Springs area) and only had a week to get our windows cleaned before out-of-state relatives arrived for a week long stay_cation. I got online and called the top 4-5 window washer companies and Gwyndows was the only one that could work us in. Gwyn (original founder!) arrived promptly on Thursday and in 2 half days, thoroughly washed inside and out ~40 windows, including screens and tracks. The windows are literally spotless and the tracks actually look like new, which has never been the case in our 45+ years of home ownership and getting windows cleaned. And last but not least, the price was well below expectations. We can't say enough good things about Gwyndows and they will definitely be our go-to windows cleaners from this point forward...

AI called Dryer Vent Wizard because I had a problem with squirrels. Namely, on two separate occasions (one year apart) one or more squirrels had gone into the roof-mounted dryer vent, falling all the way down into the back of my clothes dryer. I was able to rescue or recover these squirrels myself, but knew that there had to be something wrong with the vent. My first contact with Dryer Vent Wizard was with Bob, the owner, who made the appointment. Scott Oradesky, the technician, made the visit and was great. He was very prompt, courteous, respectful of property, and communicative. He explained everything that needed to be done, provided me with photos of the situation, explained the the significance of each of his findings, as well as the options I had to both deter and prevent it from happening again, and of course to clean out the vent and pipe. He also took air speed and temperature measurements before and after the cleaning and repair of my dryer vent "system," which to me is a fair demonstration of results. Scott definitely left my house in a safer and better condition than when he had arrived. I also took Scott's recommendation to replace my washer's supply lines with braided metal ones. I would hire Dryer Vent Wizard again, and would recommend both the company and Scott to others.
