    Alpha Omega Appliance Service
This was a one and done. Scheduled for friday 4-5pm. Advised at 4:45, that he would be 30 minutes late after I called to get ETA. This resulted in schedule conflict and cancelled appointment. Offered the next day same time only 4-5 on saturday which is middle of kids birthday party. Service may be good, but sounds like understaffed overworked. Giving them a C because I assume the work performed would have been good quality, but scheduling and communications reliability bad.

    Appliance Express
Service technician, Lou, arrived promptly at designated appointment time. He installed the appropriate replacement pump for the water dispenser in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He also cleaned the coils and inspected/resealed our door gaskets. Lou's kindly manner and attention to detail is very much appreciated. He is an excellent representative for the Appliance Express Company. I would not hesitate to use Appliance Express again.

    AAA All Brands Appliance
We had a problem with the water dispenser, which started with water not stopping until 5-10 secs of the paddle being released, to a point where the water would not stop at all (even when paddle was not pressed). I called John and found him to be quite responsive. He told me that he didn't like working on my brand refrigerator (Samsung) but stated that he can try to diagnose and fix the problem. He quoted a service fee of $45, which could applied to the final repair if I chose to proceed with it. When he arrived, it almost seemed like he knew what the problem was. I reckon that he must have seen such cases in the past and so he didn't even bother to ask me to show him the problem. He just heard the narration of the problem and pulled the fridge out, went behind and opened the panel behind to remove the water valve. He immediately mentioned that it was broken and then proceeded to. call a local parts shop. Told me that the part was $145 and the labor would $100 (so total $245). I agreed to it and he drove to the shop, picked up the part and came back to install it. All this took around 1.5 hrs and went by quite smooth. I found John to be considerate, knowledgeable and professional.

    James C Beardsley Appliance Service
James provided an initial diagnostic over the phone, to determine that we had the type of dryer that is well made and may be repairable. When he arrived he tested the motor and determined it was the root cause of problem and would be too expensive to repair. A full replacement was recommended and we only paid for his trip fee. James is very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. This is the second time I have called him, but first time he came to do work. We were very pleased with James and his service.

    Patriot Appliance Repair
When you call them, the answering machine tells you what the service call costs for various appliances so you know ahead of time what to expect. Obviously, parts are additional if needed. They came on Monday, needed a new icemaker, and it was installed Wednesday. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Went well. Serviceman came and figured out what the problem was, ordered the replacement part and replaced the defunct pump all in 2 days. Price was less than I expected and so far (5 months later) the Washing Machine is working fine.

    AAA All Brands Appliance
I called AAA All Brand Appliances and explained the problems. Johnnie came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem with the oven and said the dishwasher needed a good cleaning. Came back later that day with the part for the oven and replaced it. Ran a cleaner through the dishwasher. Everything seems to be running well. I would definitely use this company again.

Dan quickly identified a bad fuse. It didnt look blown but when he tested it, it was dead. I was able to buy the fuse at Fry's and repair it my self. His visit might have been 20min total. It was fast, efficient and economical.

    Mr. Appliance of Austin
It was awful. They came out, they brought a trainee and they worked on my refrigerator, which was basically not cooling. They said that it was due to the fact that it was dusty. They basically blew out the dust out of the refrigerator and coated my laundry room with a fine layer of dust and then left. It of course, didn't fix the problem. So they had to come out a second time, to actually fix it. It worked after that. But, just mainly having dust blown around, was horrible. There were no additional fees, it magically ended up being $171.50.

I called Bobbie this morning, Friday the 12th, and she said she'd check on the parts and call me back. I went to check on my husband in the nursing home, and when I got back, she hadn't called back, hour and a half later. I called their office and a man answered saying she had gone out to get contracts signed. I thanked him and hung up and called another company. They came out and fixed the problem. I called Bobbie back and another woman answered. I told her to cancel my order because I had already waited 4 days with no updates and that I had someone come out and fix the problem. Now Bobbie is calling me nonstop telling me I owe them a 20% restocking fee. She also said she called me yesterday, the 11th. No she didn't because I have all my calls on the caller id, and she's not one of them. Then she said she called me this morning, and I told her that she didn't call me this morning, that I had called her before going to the nursing home and she said she would check on the parts and that she still hadn't called me back by the time I got back an hour and a half later. That's when I called another company, and they came out, fixed the problem for 310.00. That's when I knew for sure I was being ripped off at the cost of 990.00.
