    Paul Bunyan Tree Service
They provided excellent service. They were punctual and professional and did a great job. It took them no time at all to remove a tree that was beginning to tear up my foundation. They even cut up some of the tree for me so I could use it as firewood!

    Paul Bunyan Tree Service
Unfortunately, I'm not remembering the name of the guy that came out to evaluate the job (as I'm typing right now), but once the request was sent in he showed up promptly on the time specified. The date for the job was scheduled, but he called the day before to say they could come a day earlier - which was great for me! They arrived before the stated time, and accomplished the job in less time than I anticipated. They cleaned up very well all the leaves and twigs. I was really impressed. And then they were gone.

    Burris Tree Service
Burris Tree Service did a great job removing a large tree and grinding the stump. They showed up as scheduled, charged a fair price, were easy to work with, and did a quality job. I recommend them and would hire them again.

    Arborilogical Services Inc
They did an awesome job as usual--we have hired them before. Very professional, punctual, office staff is super. Brought their shredder to dispose of limbs and cleaned up job site. They will always be our tree service--and with 2 acres I am sure we will use them again!

    Paul Bunyan Tree Service
I have used Paul Bunyan several times and was pleased on those other occasions so am not happy about having to write this review. However, people need to be aware of what can go wrong IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO SUPERVISE. Steve Cabrera, the company representative I dealt with, is aware of these issues. I wanted to be home when the work was done, but unfortunately, the tree cutters did the work ahead of schedule without telling me so I wasn't there to see the mess unfold. Problems: 1) They somehow managed to break off several large branches on the big cedar tree that was about 20 feet away from the hackberry tree they cut down. The cedar tree looks lopsided now and will never be the same. 2) Sawdust type debris was all over the area where the hackberry tree used to be. I removed a lot of it myself. 3) There were small holes in the lawn (apparently from falling branches) that they had filled with sawdust. I had to remove the sawdust and fill the holes with dirt so that grass would grow over it. Who fills holes in a lawn with sawdust? I told Steve about all this right away. He was his usual calm, apologetic, professional self and gave me a small discount. However, a discount was fairly meaningless in light of the messed up cedar tree and the general aggravation with the sawdust. I did ask him to come back and try to "balance out" the appearance of the cedar (I paid for this additional service which was stupid of me to do). They trimmed a few branches but said there wasn't a lot that could be done. I was extremely unhappy about it but didn't scream and yell because the cedar tree couldn't be fixed. All I can do is warn potential customers and tell them there are more careful companies on Angie's List.

    Texas Tree Surgeons
If I could give a grade of A+, I would. The crew of six arrived on time and quickly started and completed the work--it was like a well rehearsed play. They also cleaned up the area well. I don't like saying how much I paid, but I will say I thought it was very reasonable considering the size of the tree and that they hauled away the many cut branches. I will definitely use Dallas Tree Surgeons again and recommend them to anyone. I also used Dallas Tree Surgeons a few months ago to fertilize the two huge trees in my front yard and treat one of them for some kind of pest. It takes a while to judge the results, but I can say that the tech who did the job arrived promptly and was very professional about doing his job.

    Ayala's Landscaping & Tree Service
Angie's List is having a problem with notification of suppliers for work that it has received money to provide. Finally I reached out personally to Mr. Ayala, he hadn't received any info re my need for services. Once I contacted him, he made a prompt visit to ascertain exactly what services I required, told me what the price would be and what the new price was after applying the Angie's List purchase. It was a very fair price, he made an appointment that day to come out in a few days. They were there with a trailer BEFORE they were due, he was great when I reminded him of a leaning tree they had missed, they cleaned up EVERYTHING, and piled ALL trimmings on their trailer so I wasn't stuck w a curb full of trees and brush, then asked me to review again before they left. I've already arranged to bring him out to do a similar clearing in my front wooded lot, he and his workers are fantastic, I highly recommend his company to anyone that needs these services at a fair price.

    Burris Tree Service
Donnie was very nice to deal with and did exactly what he promised. He was very prompt in replying to my texts and phone calls. The crew arrived on time and did a great job getting all my trees trimmed back just like we agreed to. They cleaned up well and left my yard in great shape. Donnie also contacted me after the job was done to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Excellent customer service!

    Ayala's Landscaping & Tree Service
Most of the work was satisfactory. However, the main reason I hired them was to remove a tree and grind the stump. When they came back to do the work, they said they forgot that they were supposed to grind the stump and therefore didn't bring the grinder. They offered to dig the stump out instead. Now, a few months later, there are shoots coming up where the tree was. Apparently, the stump wasn't fully removed. I have since planted a flower bed over the area, so now I find myself continually pruning out the shoots.

    Ayala's Landscaping & Tree Service
It went well. Mr. Ayala came by on Sunday to see what exactly the job entailed. We agreed that his crew would come back the next afternoon to do the work. They arrived promptly and finished the entire job in about an hour. There was no damage to my lawn where the tree fell an barely any sign that they cut it up in my yard. I would use them again..
