  Jason called and said he was on his way and they also sent me his picture, which i liked. He came in with another man, who i believe was a trainee, and they looked at my two sinks and said they could fix both for $240. Jason also explained that they could put in gas logs if i bought them, but if there was any electrical component that they did not do that and i would probably need an electrician too. i was happy with that honesty and he didn't try and sell me something they did not service. My house is older, 1986, and one sink was easy to fix, but the other sink was more difficult. they worked on it for awhile and were finally able to fix it. they also explained why they needed to put a different color stopper in my sink and asked if that was ok. I understood and was happy to not have a leaking sink anymore. I also told them i didn't care what color the stopper was as long as it didn't leak, b/c i would eventually be redoing that bathroom anyway.

  They did a great job. We used Home Depot first a year ago, wrong choice. Had to call them twice to come and check because we had issues but was always hard for someone to come by because it was through a 3rd party. We used Cody & Son for A/C prior to plumbing & when we call them for service, it was always prompt & great service. I give them an A+ for everything!!!!

  After speaking with Joe at Roto-Rooter, he advised me how I could possibly handle my clog problem myself. I took his advice and was able to get the issue resolved on my own. Really appreciated his willingness to help, including where I could purchase the part I needed.   Cesar is a pleasure to work with - professional, courteous and friendly. His expertise in home renovation was apparent from the first meeting. He was always willing to share best practices with us regarding decor and materials. He was upfront regarding any setbacks (which happens in an older home), and always presented multiple options on how to address them. This is our first home, and we cannot express what his service has meant to us. He transformed our vision for our house into our home.   I called at 11:34 am and scheduled a same day appointment 2-4 due to the emergent nature. The scheduler called me back 15 min later to say the person would not be able to make it and if we could reschedule for 4-6 pm. OK. 6:30 pm no one showed up or called. I called the location and was given a quote over the phone that was more than 25% over another plumbing company that scheduled a 3 pm appointment (and arrived on-time).

  James (the plumber) and his helper, Cameron, were very nice to deal with and took care of everything quickly (but weren't rushed). I don't know enough to compare their prices to what other plumbers would charge, but I think Cody & Sons' prices are reasonable given the quality of the work. They also stand behind their work which is important to me.

  We were well on the way to starting foundation drainage work as phase 2 of a 3 phase project to permanently repair our foundation.�� We had a gentleman's verbal agreement to do the phase 2 work.�� We received the written contract with no actual statement of work or finalized design.�� When we asked for a formal write-up as pro forma, they walked away stating that was not industry practice!�� What were they scared of? No one puts out $20K without a statement of work.�� Run far away from these guys or any foundation company that can't quantify their work.�� Got solid designs from two other companies for 40+% less.�� GET IT IN WRITING--labor, materials, dates, etc.!

  Very punctual. Called Pro Staff early in the morning and they came that same morning. Called when they were leaving current location and advised of time they would arrive at our house. Arrived at time stated and started to work.

  Phillip and Aaron arrived on time and removed the old faucet and installed the new faucet efficiently. Phillip was thorough and included insulation and additional support for the pipe behind the brick. The new frost proof faucet works so much better than the old one. Also, Phillips explained what he was doing and why without my asking, which I appreciated.
