    Do NOT trust this company for even the simplest issues. Trapping USA is a dishonest, ineffective, sales company that smooth-talks you into an expensive contract, promising you a 10-year guarantee. But once you pay, they cancel the guarantee, and offer no refunds. Oh, and they never solve the problem you hired them for in the first place.

    If I were rating the actual pest control service techs, and the work they did for us, they would get five stars for being prompt, courteous, and thorough. Unfortunately, the customer service people who handle the accounts are beyond awful. My husband and I signed up for a 12-month contract, but needed to terminate it a couple months early due to an unexpected move. First red flag: there is no option to cancel the service via the online account. Second red flag: it took four phone calls, five texts, and seven emails to cancel our plan. My normally patient and unflappable husband actually had to get upset and cranky on the phone with the "account manager." Even that didn't stop this guy from refusing to actually CANCEL the account while he tried to get us to refer our friends, or to transfer our service to the new location (Moxie doesn't even have an office where we are moving). When my husband pleaded to just let him cancel the account, this man was very snotty to him, and then threatened to send us to collections if we didn't pay immediately. After I got involved, he was also rude to me for pointing out that the early termination fee they demanded was $20 higher than what the contract stated. Then he acted like he was doing me a big favor to lower it to the correct amount. Bottom line: we will NEVER do business with Moxie again, and I will never recommend them to ANYONE.

    It took a couple of weeks and a couple of visits and a third visit for consultation. Rat had chewed a new hole in soffit and fascia and even old morter every day for a total of eight entry/escape routes. Mike plugged the first two but took the time to explain everything I needed to know about process. From watching Mike and following his explanations, once I plugged all the subsequent viable exit/entry points it was just a couple of days before I caught the rat.

    Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control
    Here���s what they do: show up on time, shut the gate so the dogs don���t get out, make suggestions and generally, look out for the health of my exterior. Greatly appreciated. Quarterly service because left to my own devices, I���d forget to schedule.

    M&M Pest & Wildlife
    I hired M&M Pest Control because I had rats in the attic about a year ago. They sealed off all the holes but used a cheap foam material. Few months later, Rats started coming back and started making noises. He came back several times for follow up and sealed off any new holes. However, the rats are making noises again. I got a second opinion from another company and they told me that the foam they used is pointless since rats and that the rats chewed right trough them. The foam will now need to be taken out and sealed with metal. It was basically a waste of everyone's time and my money.

    They did a good job on the first treatment. But I purchased an annual service contract (quarterly visits). They cancelled the contract immediately after without notifying me. I called with an insect problem and recalled they had not made the quarterly visits. It took 3 calls for them to finally fix the issue in their computers. The manager I spoke to apologized and told me he's schedule an appointment, extend my contract, and send me his contact information. I did receive an appointment email shortly afterwards, for 2 days later. I was disappointed there wasn't higher priority on my service considering the issues I already had. I was given an appointment time of 8 - 10 am on Saturday morning. I missed my son's soccer game to make sure I was there for the service visit. No show, I received a voicemail at 10:45 am from the office saying their employee had the flu. I had enough, I cancelled my service and asked for a prorated refund. Overall, this company doesn't have processes or oversight to ensure customers are taken care of. They claimed the cancellation of the contract was a mistake. The manager didn't send me his contact information as promised until I informed them I wanted to cancel. In fact, I had to send a 2nd email threatening a BBB complaint, then I finally received a response.

    They are out once a month. We have used them for several years. Over the last couple of years they have had kind of a, they tend to keep a tech coming back over and over again where we got to know them and they they were changing all the time. But now the same technician comes out all the time so he knows what to look for and this and that. We have it set up where we can call and they are out the next day so that is good. Josh is awesome as a technician. They come out and if there are any issues what so ever so if we see any ants or whatever in between their normal services we can call them as part of our agreement with them and we can call them and they are out within in next 2 to 3 days. It's the maintenance, they come out and take care of the issue before it becomes and issue.

    I recently moved into a new home and found a massive infestation of carpenter ants. I called Castle on a Wed. and made an appointment for the following Saturday. The tech called when he was on his way and showed up at the time he said he would. He educated us on the type of ants we had and treated for the carpenter ants. While he was there I also had him spray the entire house for general pest. That was two weeks ago and I am very happy to say that the treatment seems to have worked. No signs of ants or any other bugs in the house. Thank you Castle.

    Bee Safe Bee Removal
    Great. It was very easy to schedule the appointment - they were able to come out immediately. The treatment eliminated the bees and the technician was great. I used them again a few weeks later for a bee issue at my mom's house.
