    I have had the pleasure of Wilson Landscape Design as my landscapers for my home for over 5 years now. I have never received better customer service or have seen crews that are more attentive to the small details that make all the difference. The consistency of the craftsmanship shows in every employee at Wilson Landscape Design. Their knowledge and expertise in irrigation and stonework has superceded any expectations that I have had. The owner, (who routinely comes by to check on my irrigation system and make sure all is on the up and up-which I find incredibly reassuring) has over 30 years of perfecting his craft and it truly shows. Every employee has shown nothing less than professionalism and dedication to making me a happy customer- and I am very hard to please! I have always felt safe and that I was treated as if I was a member of this family owned and operated company. Thank you Wilson Landscape Design, you guys set the bar high!

    When I made the appointment, the woman who answered the phone conferenced an electrician on the call so I could ask what parts I'd need to get for him to replace the fluorescent lights with LED lights in my 2 coves near the ceiling in the living room. He said I should get the bulbs and ask the hardware store for what parts were necessary. Neither Lowe's or Home Depot could tell me what parts to buy though I had looked online and found what I thought were the name of the parts necessary. Left a message and then called to again be conferenced with the electrician, Mike, to ask him to stop and pick up the parts on his way to my house. He called to say he'd talked with the company (Philips) and was told to go online to find the parts necessary. He told me to go online myself to find what I needed to save some of the 2 hours I'd paid for. He arrived while I was talking with the bulb company's customer service and stood around while I talked with them and then with Home Depot trying to find whatever that part was. Mike's helper took one of the light fixtures out leaving the one side inoperable and the other side with only one fluorescent bulb working. Mike hooked up an LED rope light I'd purchased for me to see the amount of light but it was too dim. I had to provide him a screwdriver to even do that part. After 30 minutes of the 2 of them standing around talking to each other about the kind of tool bags they had and where they got them and otherwise chit chatting with each other while I tried to find whatever parts those were I needed, they left telling me to reschedule when I got those parts. After spending 3.5 hours finding the correct parts and then finding a Home Depot with them in stock but only after going to 3 of them only to be told those weren't what I needed or they had the wrong item, I finally found what I hope are the right parts, rescheduled for the next day between 9am and 1pm. At 1230pm I called the company and after being on hold for a while was told someone would call me right back. No call back. Called them again to be told that Brian, the owner would call me back. Still no call back. Called again. Brian had gone to lunch. I asked why I needed to talk to Brian when all I wanted was the electrician to come out and was told that I had used up the hour I had paid for. I told her I'd paid for 2 hours, the guys were here 30 minutes and didn't do any of the work. She said she'd ask Brian to call me asap. No call. I'd say that the "electrician" who came here wasn't really an electrician or he would have known what to do and what parts were necessary. Why they thought a 75 year old grandmother would know what electrical parts to get is beyond me and why they didn't go get the parts themselves to do what should have been easy for someone who knew what they are doing even if it took up part of the 2 hours is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would warn anyone wanting to use them to NOT even bother calling.

    It went fantastic.  They re-designed what a previous landscaper flubbed... I couldn't open the front door at night without being blinded by the first so called design of the first company I used.  DJ came by to take a look and immediately saw the issues.  He and his crew repositioned and added lights for a design that now looks great.  They also came back to repair some of the lights left by the first company.

    I was very satisfied with Wilson Landscape Design.  I would recommend them and will be using them again.

    Wayne actually answers his own phone. We scheduled a consult within 3 days. He was on time, quick and professional . He gave us a bid for extra lights we wanted the same day. The following week he was here to do the job and on time. Couldn't be happier with our new lighting and look forward to working with him in our back yard. Thank you Wayne!

    Wayne was very professional and arrived exactly at the time we discusse don the phone.  I had purchased a lighting package as part of a daily deal -- Wayne and I discussed adding more lights to obtain the effect I was looking for -- work was completed within an hour and a half -- excellent servcie -- Wayne definitiely understands what customer service is.

    There is not too much I can say here, except that it all went extremely well.  Rich is has extremely high standards for himself, his crew and for his creative landscaping and lighting designs.  He can see beauty when looking at a weed ridden yard.  Rich is flexible, always notifies us when he is coming, takes care of every detail, is pleasant, friendly, and treats us as if we were family.  Our outside is absolutely beautiful  because of Rich and his crew.

    Holly and her crew removed all the original plantings of appx. 35 shrubs, roots, stumps, gravel, etc. that had been in the ground for 18 yrs.  The guys  then loaded  it up and hauled eveything away.  Next they reworked the flower beds adding a variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grass and annuals.  They also built  the beautiful permanent chopstone border around the newly designed flower beds, finally adding landscape lighting.  We are very pleased wth the final product.  Holly and her team of professionals are punctional, detail oriented and accommodating.  From start to finish it only took  2 full days. We will enjoy our beautiful new Curb Appeal for many years to come.  Thank you for a job well done.
