  • Heather saved me numerous hours, was efficient, kind, trustworthy, and professional. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing organizing or other personal services. Her care and concern of our possessions was as if it was her own and she did a wonderful job packing to secure the pieces for a truck ride to TN. Additionally, Brent was extremely efficient and gentlemanly. Our dog loved him and it's hard for someone to pass her acceptance test! He also took pictures of the items in the storage unit, so I had confirmation it was completed. I would hire them in a heart beat and highly recommend them. Heather also asked if I needed assistance with collecting the packing supplies and she completed those tasks for me as well. It's less common to have great experiences with service providers than it used to be, but they had the pride of ownership and care you admire and respect----- I will definitely be a repeat customer.

  • It was pleasure having him do the work. He was on time, a little early actually, and got right to work. When he unpacked the ladder it was damaged and he got a new one and returned right away. The was no "well I need to reschedule." conversation. The work was done in a little over an hour. We talked and he explained what he found and what he was doing as he went along. But, he never stopped working and was very professional. He charged what we agreed to and cleaned up completely. We are very satisfied with his work.

  • Garaginization did a superb job!! They did our garage floor coating in red racer, and it looks fantastic. 
    Robin Girard, the owner, first came out to our house to go over the product, show us samples, and give us a quote. We scheduled a day for his installers to come out. On the day of the installation, we were there when the installers arrived, went into work, then returned when they finished. (It was nice because we did not have to take off a day of work.) We were quoted for the job to take from 8:30 a.m. until around 3:30 or 4. Tim, the installer, finished ahead of scheduled! They were out of there by 2:30. 
    I definitely recommend Garaginization for garage floor coating. They do a great job. We love our garage floor and are very happy with the outcome!

  • We checked other movers but when we called Wrightway we new they were the right way to move!  The level of professionalism in handling our telephone inquiry was much better than the others we checked with.  Even better, they were the cheapest of the three we compared.  They charged by the hour regardless of the nature of the move.  They could have stretched out the time it took since they took to load the truck to make more money.  Instead, they sent three members of their team who worked frantically to load the truck!  They even ran back up two flights of stairs after hauling down large heavy items.  They never even took a break.  To make it an even more pleasant experience, the team was very friendly and engaging as if we were friends.  Not a single item was damaged.  They rearranged several items of furniture when we changed our minds on placement.
    I have already recommended them to a work colleague who will be moving soon.  They are clearly the best!!

  • Darrel was nice, polite, and professional. I have handled out many of his cards.He had every tool, and everything else that he could possibly need to do his job.
    Darrel was friendly to my two dogs and Mother (lol).

  • Six crew members arrived on time and prepared to work with everything they needed and worked for almost 5 hours straight.  They sorted out papers, clothes, trash and boxed up things I wanted to keep.  They hauled off the trash and and even some small furniture and other items that caused some clutter.  The kitchen was thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitized including the a total clean-out of the refrigerator and dishes were hand washed.  The bathroom was also deep cleaned in every part including the toilet.  They also cleaned out closets, did some quick organizing and dusted shelves and desk.  It feels like a brand new apartment now and I'm very thankful for their helpful attitude and service.

  • She arrived a few minutes early and called me to see if it was alright to go ahead and start or she would wait until the scheduled time.  She worked fast and did a good job in assisting me in what to keep and throw away.   She worked with what I already had to organize drawers and pantry.  I would recommend her services.

  • They were a big boost in progress in clearing a lot of my clutter. I felt $65/hr for clearing clutter only - with me having to most of the work - was a bit pricey... for that level of skill required. Now, if I had been clearing, & the organizer had been active in providing/creating actual organization system, $65 would be a great price. As we cleared clutter, most remaining stuff was stuffed back into cabinets/drawers with no rhyme or reason. I was told that as we got further along in the process, we'd revisit those areas & apply an organization system. Well, the product I expected was different, especially since I was working with certified professional organizers. I expected that they would assess my space (like we see them do on TV), & present me with organization plans. I expected to have homework, & that as clutter was cleared, the remaining would be placed into the planned organized spaces. That never happened. I spent over a grand, & the only system they put in place was a filing system for my paperwork. That day I paid my organizer $65/hr to type labels into her label maker & stick them on folders. IMHO, I felt that she could have assigned that task to me as homework, or left me to do that while she went into another part of the house & set up a storage system in some of my cabinets. I did not reschedule after that. I am making more progress on my own for free. When I get to a point where I have less clutter, I will likely bring in another professional organizer to set up storage systems for me. I will make my expectations clear in advance.

  • The whole experience was terrible. Three guys showed up to do the move and none of them had any idea about the discussions I had with the office about the things that needed care. We had a brand new set of appliances that were quite expensive. The washer and dryer are front loaders and need to be handled carefully when being moved. They had no idea what I was talking about and I had to insist that they not jiggle or turn the machines which they should have known. They did not wrap the furniture well and dented the edge of one of our dressers. We had a king bed that required dismantling and they took nearly an hour trying to figure out how to do this until my husband took care of it. When we got to the house they put the bed together wrong and we had to re do it later. Only one of the guys had any idea about how to hook up the washer and dryer and he couldn't figure out how to hook up the fridge. We ended up doing that ourselves later. When they were bringing the fridge in they did not wrap it properly and two of the drawers fell out and broke. They also man-handled a Barca-lounger swivel rocker in, so that one side fell off the mechanism and we had to fix it later. We made our dissatisfaction known to Randy Blalock, the owner, and he compensated us for the replacement cost of the fridge drawers, but we will NOT be using this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone!
