  They called and reported progress of windows being made, then shipped. The installer called, scheduled, and came out promptly. He was very knowledgable and put the windows in, in a professional manner. He had to order additional stripping for outside of windows, but came out when it was received, and completed the installation in timely manner. Our windows look great! The neighbors walk by and tell us how good the windows look! We can already tell the difference in our house staying cool with this Texas heat, and the air conditioner frequently cycles off, way different than last summer!

  Very well! Showed us several options. We had the back side of the house done only, at this time. We wanted a small section of sheetrock removed to have a picture window installed in the kitchen and it turned out just wonderful! The difference in the view we now have is remarkable! Carlos is a master crafter at installing windows. I will request he do the front windows when it’s time! There were two additional picture windows installed and the rest were regular. These people are great to work with. We highly recommend Sun Smart Windows.

  The whole process was completely amazing! Our sales representative, Camilla, walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Her information she gave us and demonstration of the windows kept true and actually lacked in comparison to the actual windows. Our windows are much better now at controlling the environment from inside and outside. Plus they have a million features like pulling them apart, ease of cleaning, fantastic heat and cool resistance, and a great cosmetic look. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to upgrade their homes in small pieces and wants an impressive feature!

  very quickly . They cleaned up as they installed each window by putting
  tarps down inside and our of the house,  so it kept glass from being everywhere  We were happy with
  end results and our windows have completely updated our house! Everyone
  we worked with from sales ,office management, to installation  were great and courteous.

  Jose promptly came out as scheduled to measure all the windows and provide us a cost estimate. He had several sample windows on his truck so we could choose exactly which windows would suit our requirements. Installation was on schedule and done very professionally, we could tell that the installer knew exactly what to do. Our house was built in 1958 so it took some time to get all the new windows installed properly but the installer did not leave until we were completely satisfied. We are doing a complete remodel on this house. It is refreshing to deal with a contractor who shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do.

  It went very well.  The guys worked with me and my indoor cats not just blowing out all the windows at once but instead replacing one at a time.  We love the new windows and have noticed a difference in our house with comfort.  Love the way they look on the outside too.  The only thing I could complain about with the dusty mess left behind.  With a project this large (29 windows) it would have been nice to have a cleaning person come in and clean.  I know it wouldn't have gotten all the dust but it would have been a nice start.
