    Mustard Seed Moving Co
Amazing! The Mustard Seed crew arrived early and surveyed the scope of work. They organized quickly and began dismantling the furniture pieces. All the parts/bolts were bagged, and everything was well wrapped. The baby grand piano was disassembled and wrapped with extreme care. Special consideration was given for the unloading team with the crew building a platform to protect the piano during transport and ease the unloading. What was more is that they screened the moving company at our destination to ensure they had the piano moving expertise. Then the Mustard Seed crew sent photos and diagrams of how things were packed in advance to the company that unloaded us. Mustard Seed Moving seasoned load masters maximized every square inch of space. After moving many times in the Military, I have never seen the level of professionalism and care that Mustard Seed Moving provided to us during this move. Once we arrived at our destination the local company explained that they had been briefed in advance by Mustard Seed Moving and knew what needed to be done. Mustard Seed Moving has set a new standard for moving.

    Impact Moving LLC
Outstanding! Professional, prompt, responsive, polite, personable, positive. I really cant say enough enough about Clint and his team. Who would have expected more very big day to be an exceptional customer experience? But thats exactly what Clint, Mark and Gene did for our family. Weve already reserved Impact to move our daughter into her new apartment next month. If they lived near us, Id hire them in a nanosecond for a customer care job. Thank you, gentlemen!

    United Transportation Moving & Storage
RUN- RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Absolutely positively the worst customer service ever! Nobody EVER returns phone calls or emails. Not only did my daughter and I have to help one of the movers load our stuff at origin (they only sent 1 guy and he showed up at 630pm to a storage unit that had no lights and closed at 7pm), but now that the stuff was delivered- we have some damage, a few missing items, and some issues to discuss and I cannot get anybody to contact me regarding filing a claim. We went with United because we had used United before (albeit a different franchise- and they were amazing) and we expected the same type of service given the name United. Boy, were we wrong! Biggest mistake I ever made was trusting them. Take my advice and run fast and far away from this business. Update: I wrote that on 11/24/16. Once it posted on Yelp, I received an IMMEDIATE call back, asking me to take the review down. They promised they would work with me. They provided me with the information to file a claim with their third party company. I removed the review and filed the claim for damages to furniture, damage to our hardwood floor in our brand new house we had custom built (they used a Sharpie to cover the scratches they made!), and missing items. It took the claims company 3 months to get back to us. Their offer? $24. Yes, TWENTY-FOUR dollars. Our loss was at least $2000. I called United and spoke with the representative who had promised to work with me. She was shocked at their offer and swore she would talk to her management at United and see what they could come up with. She promised to call me back. Almost two weeks later, I called her. She was "unavailable". I left a message to call me back within 24 hours. It has been 72 hours- still no call back. Here's the deal. If you choose to use them even after reading this review, do NOT sign any paperwork when your stuff is delivered until you have had a chance to go through every single box and insure everything is accounted for and there is no damage. If this requires them to find a hotel room for six months while you open every box and unpack everything- so be it. Just DO NOT SIGN. Once you sign- you are saying you received everything. The mover who moved us assured that I was only signing that they delivered our stuff. He said if there was any issues down the road, I could file a claim. Well- I did that- and received an offer of $24. We are consulting an attorney about filing a lawsuit against them. The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life is hiring United Transportation and Moving Company.

    Above All Movers
It went well from start to finish. I had to postpone my appointment twice due to circumstances and Gabriel was understanding and assured me that they would be available when I needed them. The guys showed up on time, worked very time efficiently for four hours and were able to fit items from a smaller storage into my larger storage unit making it unnecessary for me to continue paying for one storage unit. They are experienced, were polite and helpful. Very pleased and would recommend.

Our move went flawlessly. Nancy Kraft and her team were very responsive and exceeded our expectations. They were able to help us meet some unique circumstances by moving up the date of the move by two weeks on short notice. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them.

All My Sons Moving & Storage
First phase very chaotic, but seemed ok until we had an opportunity to see significant damage when items were removed from long-term storage during phase two, seven months. All My Sons refused to consider claim for damage during phase one because it was not possible to determine the damage during a 90-day period following the initial move. A full description of the damage and related claim can be seen at the link below. [*** Link removed ***]

    Marvin's Moving & Delivery
Marvin & his men arrived on time, packed and loaded, drove to Boerne and unloaded everything. They set-up all the beds and any other items that needed to be taken care of before they returned to Houston. They were extremely professional and very thorough. I would use them again anytime and recommend them to all!

    First Choice Delivery Service
Ron came highly recommended which is why I was surprised that it ended up such a disaster. He came out to my house to do a walk through and everything seemed great, he personally assessed everything that we needed packed and moved and he gave me his pricing that day. We scheduled to have his crew come pack on a Saturday and move us the following Monday. On Saturday one lady arrived at the appointment time of 9:00am, the other two arrived at 9:30am. I met them at the house to go over everything and then had to leave to work, I left them with a key and the combination to the keybox where they could put it when they left. They packed all day but ran out of boxes and some packing supplies and, instead of calling to get more, they just stopped packing and left the remaining items unpacked (Strike 1). When my wife asked them to leave what packing supplies were left (since we were charged for them) so that we could pack the remaining items, they got defensive and finally agreed to leave us one roll of bubble wrap. When we mentioned it to Ron he said he would bring back the rest of the supplies on Monday, which he did. They insisted on being paid that evening, and when Ron gave me the amount he charged me for 3 ladies for 10 hours when one lady was at my house for 9 hours and the other two for 8.5 hours. When I brought it up he said that he had forgotten to factor in drive time since I lived in Fair Oaks. The house was in Fair Oaks the day he came out to walk through and gave me pricing, it wasn't any different the day they came to pack it up. Changing the price after the work has been done is unacceptable. (Strike 2). When I got home and checked, my house key was not in the lockbox as we agreed. When we called and asked her where it was, first she said we didn't give it to her, then she said she forgot where she put it, then she said we should have called her earlier when she might have remembered where she put it. She could not have cared less that she lost my house key! (Strike 3). I was planning to have them unpack the boxes at my new house but at this point I wanted as little to do with them as possible so I let them know that I would unpack everything myself. When they came on Monday to load and move they arrived 30 min late. They took a lot of breaks and had to be repeatedly reminded to get up and keep loading the truck. I was paying them by the hour. The two small trucks that they brought were not big enough to hold everything, and Ron wanted to charge me to go unload at the new house and then come back and load the rest and move it. He saw the amount of items when he walked through, he chose the size of the truck, I should not have to pay more because the truck was too small. They ended up leaving approximately 30 boxes at the old house that now I have to figure out how to move myself. He initially refused to carry my wine fridge upstairs, but after I insisted they did take it upstairs. He forgot the stacking bracket for my washer and dryer (which he scratched in the move) and his answer was "make sure you go and get that, it's not safe to have them stacked without it." Not, "I'm so sorry I'll have someone go get it and finish stacking the appliances as we agreed to." When I got to unpacking the boxes later that evening they were a jumbled mess inside. Those that contained glassware were packed nicely but the rest were just thrown in with no order at all. I can see why they ran out of boxes because most things were not packed orderly. Pots and pans and pantry items were just tossed in a box, some items were laying on their side and spilled. All in all it was a frustrating experience and nothing went as we had agreed. It cost more than we agreed to, they moved less than we agreed to, they lost my house key, and they damaged things. I can't imagine a worse experience. --Micah Harper, Attorney/Broker

    Heritage Moving & Storage LLC
The best movers I've ever experienced. Very professional and yet very friendly and accommodating. Punctual and thorough. Took much better care of my furniture in terms of wrapping and moving than any mover I've ever used. After I had to delay the move 4 or 5 times waiting to close on my new home they were very flexible and understanding every time I called to post pone the move.

    Mustard Seed Moving Co
I contacted Andrew through email and was able to schedule a move easily. His website provided all the info I needed on what to expect. They arrived promptly and loaded my furniture and boxes with care. They wrapped all the furniture with pads which protected them well. They unloaded everything promptly and with care. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone considering a move.
