  • Mr. Foster was GREAT. He came when he said he would come and completed the job quickly. He is very professional as well as polite. It is very difficult to get someone to work on manufactured homes and do a good job when they do come. Mr. Foster did a really good job and even removed the old water heater---what service. Also my husband and I felt his pricing was very fair. We highly recommend him for your pluming needs.

  • It went absolutely great!!! These guys are professionals. We'd had other electricians out for this issue in the past and at best all they could do was stay all afternoon and then say "We're not sure what the problem is." Fusion electric came in, looked at the problem and within 15 minutes had the issue completely rectified. OUTSTANDING

  • They were wonderful to work with, very reasonably priced for the amount of work that needed to be done. They always showed up on time and cleaned up the work area when they finished each day. Now that the rainy year is coming to an end, we plan to have them install drip irrigation in the flower beds and garden.

  • We can't say enough about how pleased we were with Chris Chitsey and A-PLUS Inspection Services.
    This was the fifth home we've purchased over the past 30+ years; and we've never had a more professional, thorough, and comprehensive inspection and report.
    At the start of this process, we called 4 inspection companies, including the company we've used for our last 3 homes and 3 others that were highly rated on Angie's list.  Not only was Chris the first to contact us; he was the only one that did.
    On the day of the inspection, he showed up on time (even a little early!) and spent about 6 hours going through and around the entire house.  His background and qualifications were immediately evident in the comments and suggestions he made while on-site; and were made even more evident once we received the final report.  At all times he was courteous, engaging and professional.
    Chris and A-PLUS have earned our highest praise; we'll never use another company, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  • This is the third time we've used Army Ant Moving in the past several years.  Steven and his entire crew are friendly, professional, fast, and hard working.  We elected to pay by the hour, but the way these guys hustled, you'd think they were being paid by the job.
    I can't say enough about what a great job they did; no damage whatsoever to either house or our possessions.  We even had them hook up the appliances and put together some of the furniture.
    We would definitely use them again, they've earned our highest recommendation.

  • Will Not stand behind his work!!! Blamed Marazzi tile! Said the tile was defective & after being tested by two different tile inspectors the tiles were Fine! The installation was awful! Several months have passed and it looks like we're stuck with bad floors on a brand new custom house! Refused to give us his insurance information.
    The subs he had working stole several boxes of tile too.
    More than disappointed !
    After he was paid he became very cocky and Rude!

    After this review appeared, the office called me and offered to reimburse the extra hours if i would update my review and state that. I interpret this as an attempt to make a somewhat failed moving job ok with a customer. Given their record with other customers, I have no reason to believe they ar bribing me to improve a review.
    When we made our move, Austin was experiencing a huge influx of people, and I suspect every mover, Austin Moving Forward as well, was under incredible pressure, and had to hire new people to relieve it. When you hire people, you don't really know what you're getting until you see their performance. In this case, I got one of the failed hires. I was told they did not stay there after my job.
    Because of the company's response to my experience, I feel I need to improve my rating to reflect what i see as a genuine attempt to take responsibility for the problem. I would use them again, based on this response.

  • Originally met Robert Macias at Pet Expo in Austin. Didn't want to schedule an appointment until I had checked him out (reading reviews online from Yelp, Angie's List, etc.). Good ratings. Called an schedule an appointment for him to go to my rental in Bertram, TX. On the day scheduled he called and said he was on his way. I stated it would take me at least 30 minutes and would meet him there. He wasn't happy about this as he was on a tight schedule, but he did agree. I got there first and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for him to arrive. We went into the house and he complained that the floors were dirty and he couldn't do any work until they had been swept and he didn't sweep floors. My property manager went and got a broom. I asked him why he didn't have a broom in his van and he stated that the van with all his other equipment was in the shop. So I swept the floors. He the proceeded to treat the floors. Took him about two hours, and that was with a helper. There was no furniture in the house. So it was an easy job.

    Before he started he gave me a price, that with tax, was close to $3200. I said if he would make $3,000 even, we had a deal. He agreed and had me make the check out to him personally.

    The entire time he was there  Robert continued to state that his work was guaranteed and that no matter what the contract stated, he would come out as many times as needed until the problem was taken care of. Robert never came out again. He stated numerous times that the trip back out wasn't worth his time unless I had other work for him to do. He was pushy about getting me to agree to have him clean the air ducts for not quite $1,000 but would clean the kitchen tile for free. And if I had him come out to clean the air ducts, he would retreat the hardwood floors at that time. Otherwise, it wasn't worth it for him to make a trip that far out.

    Numerous attempts to get him to come out, during the guaranteed 7 day return, and after, were to no avail. My property manager finally got in touch with him and he stated it was too far out for him to come without there being more work to do, i.e. clean the air ducts. I spoke with him immediately after his conversation with my property manager who had called to inform me that she felt as if he was trying to get more money out of me. When I spoke with Robert he stated that wasn't the case and that he would be more than happy to come back out and treat the floors again. That he was a man of his word and would continue to work with me until I was satisfied. Never heard from him again.

    Though Robert has good reviews, I found him to not only NOT be a man of his word, but somewhat of a shyster. I do NOT recommend him for any services he provides as he doesn't honor his word nor a signed contract. He is not an honest man.

  • A 1700 bid for gutter work seemed extreme. Proposal for cutting down old Christmat structure never came. Pete was there before time, as was his cohort. Respectful, courteous , professional. I would check on pricing for follow up work. Gave me confidence about the state of the roof. Seemed like a straight shooter.
