    He was wonderful! He’s worked on my father’s house, the house I sold and the home I live in now. He’s installed new systems and maintenanced them. He will move heaven and earth to get to you during a crisis.

    The “technician” came out and the woman was not in a uniform.. she tried to tell me I needed a electrician but I already had an AC guy out and the compressor was grounded out and needed replacing, so I tried to be patient while she “called” people and got prices for thing she admitted she could not explain and she told me she and her hubby would not be doing the actual I instal so I was ok I just need a compressor. It’s Austin TX and 100 degrees but just a part of the house so being patient.., 10 days later and calling people every day they schedule on install on June 27 2018 and called me multiple times to confirm and sent text message so I took off to be at the house to meet them and nothing.. so at 3pm called and they going to call me back... 4:45 called, and the girl just laughed at me when I wanted to talk to someone about what was going on.. it was 5 pm and everyone was gone! So for two days between North Star and First American only got “the truck did not deliver the part yet”... same ole response from everyone and then we realized that this is how they operate , always a different person who does not know... always a compressor part on backorder! It’s Texas...it’s 2018! Compressors are available.., then they wanted to cash us out for $150, oops their mistake $600... would never trust these people .. last count 25+ days to get a compressor.. do your self a favor and do not rely on a home warrant if you buy a house and better yet never rely on North Star to conduct a professional or honest business...

    Great experience with this company. Jennifer put me on the schedule for same day service and Miguel quickly came out and made a diagnosis. He installed a new capacitor. Miguel is very polite, very professional. I look forward to using this company again. My house is now cool!

    We have had Dayton service our HVAC for several years. Generally, though they have been consistently late for appointments, their prices have seemed reasonable and the service technicians have been polite and able to perform maintenance and repairs, though if parts are needed expect 1-3 days delay. Most recently we asked for an assessment and bid on servicing a room in the house that doesn’t get cool even when running the A/C. The technician explained that the ductwork wasn’t sized correctly, and drew up and estimated a plan to remediate. All seemed reasonable until trying to actually get the work done. The first appointment was missed day-of because it was expected to rain. It wasn’t clear why rain outside the house would prevent ductwork indoors, but we were given little choice. It ended up not raining much, in fact. We ourselves had to reschedule the 2nd appointment (reasonably ahead of time) due to the large timeframe required (which was reasonable to run new ductwork). The third appointment was cancelled by Dayton late the day prior because it was expected to be sunny and hot. If they can’t honor appointments when it rains, nor when it DOESN’T rain, I’m not sure what’s left. I suspect existing customers don’t bring the premium that emergency repairs do, and that leaves us out of luck and looking for a new provider. Unfortunate after so many years - perhaps there is new management or they are understaffed, but we can no longer recommend Dayton if they can’t keep appointments or even provide notice (it’s a big deal to take time off from work to meet a technician who doesn’t show). When we complained, they said a manager would call us back to discuss - that was several days ago with no call or message, and we’re moving on.

    It took a while but we finally sort it out. The problems with our AC was caused by a different incompetent company that installed the system. We were very happy & relief that Fox was able to get the system to work properly at last!

    Climate Mechanical was extremely responsive to our initial call which was a huge relief. They were thorough to look over the issue to make sure they found the most cost-effective piece of equipment to cover the needs of our home. The repair was quick and we've had no issues since then.     Noah the owner and his team Mac and Josh were all top notch. Very responsive, even came out quickly over the holiday weekend. All work was excellent. Noah was also able to repair our gas fireplace. I will definitely use them again.

    Excellent experience. Kent installed the system for the prior homeowner. We had an issue that was not under warranty. Kent still helped us out whereas the manufacturer would not. This is a very honest and reputable company that stands behind their work. I would highly recommend for any AC related needs. A+ experience.

    Called Monday, Nov. 6th, got a visit scheduled the same day with David, who was very patient and helpful. My husband was the one home during the visit. He said the technician called ahead and actually came earlier than expected. Was going to end up being about $1000 and motor would need to be ordered. We had a birthday party for the coming weekend for our daughter and was afraid will have to reschedule. But Angel, the technician, called around, looked in his supplies and wanted to try and use a new universal motor he had already in the van, and amazingly made it work with our old AC system. He even cleaned the vent and carpet around the area in the house he was working in. My husband said Angel went above and beyond, it seemed, to get us back our AC, and saved us almost 50% of the cost. We truly appreciate good customer service and Angel's obvious care to do the job right. Highly, highly recommended!!!
