Our experience with Premier was absolutely horrific. Our dream home project was turned into a total nightmare and we've regretted hiring Jason and Premier since six months after the project began. We've suffered damaged to finish materials, we spent hundred of unplanned hours having to check the work of the trades, we lost more than $100k in finance fees as a result of delays in the project, we've spent countless hours disputing charges that were incurred without prior approval, only to end up paying most of them in order to close on the house and put an end to the terrible experience, and after two weeks of living there we found a major leak that put water into our lower floor. After 6 months of trying to get Premier to honor their warranty, they sent us a note saying we should file with our insurance and we've been left with a ceiling ripped out, concrete floor (carpet ripped out), our tile patio has tiles ripped out with more than 35 tiles needing to be reinstalled, no safety rails on our upper patio outside of our kid's playroom (we've asked numerous times for Premier to do something and they've done nothing – actually told us if we wanted something done we needed to pay for it ourselves), a barricade on our back patio that blocks off a section of our space, stucco walls ripped open, stones removed from the bottom of feature walls and more. This is what we've been left with to fix ourselves. We have paint issues all over the house (according to the paint company these are a result of their painter's methods) and were recently told by Kristy, an inexperienced project manager on our project, we will need to hire other painters at our cost if we don't believe their painters can do the work. I highly recommend checking real references and doing your due diligence before choosing Premier or working with anyone from this company. Check with your attorney on legal action against Premier and you'll see we're not alone. After we started to realize what was happening, we did more research and talked to several other clients, recent clients, and each person we talked to had the same story: lack of oversight (despite us paying them close to $300k in builder fees), lack of quality control (they'll tell you they simply trust the trades to do what they say they will do), lack of follow through (everyone had a similar experience when it came to Jason's ability to get the house finished and everyone was left holding a long list of incomplete items), etc. If you're considering Premier, feel free to reach out to us (adzoot114@yahoo.com) and we can share photos and other fully documented proof of our experience so it's clear this isn't just an opinion. I've included a few photos below, including the letter we were sent about their plan not to finish the repair of the leak (they've since said they are filing a claim with their insurance but given no proof and no action has been shown including nothing done ability the safety issues that have gone unaddressed for months) but we have hundreds more. We cancelled several very special events we had planned as a direct result of the embarrassment of the state of our house (hard to make a barricade wrapped in yellow caution tape look good when people come to see the house we spent over four years creating), we've suffered unimaginable stress and impact (far more than we ever imagined) and unfortunately it continues even today as we are forced to hire another attorney to try and force Premier to finish our house. Important to note that we have paid in full for all the work that remains incomplete including, what we believe, we inaccurate and improper charges.

We were on a tight time constraint and Russell worked hard to make sure the permit did not fall through the cracks like they can can in government offices.
Can't thank Russell enough for getting this done for us.

Michelle was very helpful throughout our home buying process.  She was able to find several houses that offered exactly what I was looking for.  When we decided to work with a developer and build a new home, Michelle helped facilitate expectations and conversations. During construction, the builder had the floors laid incorrectly, Michelle helped us immediately and held the builder accountable for the mistake.  In the end, she negotiated a rebate and an upgraded back splash, which has really transformed the kitchen into a space that I love!  Throughout our home buying process I felt supported and confident that Michelle held our best interest at hand.  She was thoughtful and attentive, I highly recommend her!!

Door hardwares were adjusted properly.  They are working fine now.
The electrician could not remove the humming noise from the light switch dimmer.  Instead of fixing the problem, the electrician blamed on the brand of the lightbulbs.  Eventually, I have had enough with this problem and requested the electrician to remove the dimmer.

Michael's communication and respect and willingness to work within my construction budget are excellent. Over about a 2 year span, I spent a ridiculous amount of time meeting and talking with a lot of builders and finally found one matched well to this project, a 1479sf 2b/2.5 modern house on land I've owned for years ($235k is build cost alone). I found Michael after exhausting all other referral sources, which were many in number, including this site. I called BMC hoping mgt. would have some builder referrals, they did and that's how I found him. I feel great about where we are with the progress and heavily look forward to seeing this house go skyward. It's 6/14, I'll report back on completion, estimated to be around late Dec. '14. I'm sure the quality of the experience will still be an A, as well as the build quality.

What I liked about him is he really works with you. He had weekly meetings with us to chart the progress of what is going on. He was very straightforward with us about what was going on. We have an older house so, there were surprises, like for example, we did not know our roof was not insulated. So, when he got to the roof, there were three layers of old roof and that was when we discovered it had never been insulated. He was redesigning our roof because it did not slump enough for water to drain off of it, so water would puddle on it. We had to add insulation to the roof when we found out there was not any. It ended up being one and half times, of what he estimated. One of the issues we had, they thought they had tarped it well enough and it rained, came through the ceiling in our room and ruined the entire ceiling. He thought we had insurance for it and we lost the ceiling and carpet in our bedroom. He got us a carpet allowance and we had to re-paint our ceiling and walls as well. He was very good about that. I cannot say enough nice things about he handled it. Overall, he was very easy to work with and he kept us up to date on what is going on. If something goes wrong, he handles it with a very high, ethical standard. About 18 months later, a bad hailstorm came through, and we had to have him do our roof again and we have not had a problem in 12 years.

First and foremost, Sarah and I absolutely love our house.  Building our custom home was an amazing experience for us. Daniel
Boardman really listens to his clients. Daniel is also very detail oriented which helps with design and construction. He spends a good amount of time studying the land and the views the property provides to ensure that the views are well framed and incorporated into each room. He pays very close attention to the flow of the home and how the furniture layout will coordinate with the open design and the connection to the outside. We have had many house guests since we moved in and they have all expressed their
amazement at the simple beauty of Daniel’s design. Even more important is the less tangible and hard to articulate sense of peace that our house conveys.  We could not be more pleased with our home and the work preformed by this company!

It was an amazing experience from beginning to end and the guys at ASAP construction are absolute pros. Jesse met with us to quote the work needed and spent over two hours with us answering questions, describing exactly what would be done, the products they would use, and making us feel extremely at ease with ASAP doing the work. We had received two other bids that were less than ASAP's bid but we felt most comfortable with ASAP and realized in the long run that we would be getting more for our money with these guys.
The work started on Monday morning (the guys showed up exactly when they said they would) and the crew of 6 guys had 90% of the siding work completed in the 12+ hours they were there that day. I was shocked that the crew was working so hard all the way up until dark to get our house as far along as possible. All work was completed by the end of Thursday and our house looks 20 years newer. Their gutter guy was AWESOME and gave us several options to decide from based on the look we wanted including using a different color gutter for the downspout so it didn't stand out against our brick.
There were a few minor hiccups along the way (trash left in the yard and different paint used than we discussed) but the guys at ASAP including Jesse, Kevin, and the owner, Chris worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy and that the job was done right. I've never had a more pleasant experience with a construction company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

After getting 4 bids for our kitchen remodel we choose to go with Tobin at Stuart Home Corporation.  The company used to primarily focus on new construction but now mainly do remodels.  They had the second lowest bid out of the four (but very close to the lowest one) but I got a good feeling from Tobin so we decided to go with him and we couldn’t have been happier with the process and our new kitchen.  The project started when scheduled, preceded without delays and finished AHEAD of schedule.  We were kept in the loop about the work to be done daily and any questions/concerns we had were promptly answered.  We will definitely use them again.

Amazing Experience! Great work that was affordable, on budget, on time, with impressive results. David and his team were simply incredible. Truly enjoyable to deal with, and got the job done beyond our expectations. He was very attentive and patient, guiding us through the entire process. Everyone we know has been wowed, especially those that saw it before the build. Despite our limited budget, he ensured the house was solid and had character, not a tract home in any way. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend 360 Degree Construction for any build or remodel you hope to accomplish!!
