    Covenant Crafters Mansfield
Ben and his company built and installed floating shelves in our home office a couple of years ago. We searched for quite some time to find a master bath remodeler. The one we ultimately selected insisted that we work with his cabinet people. Big mistake on our part! Ben and his team came out and reworked what was a total mess, and the result was superior! We also found a furniture piece that we wanted in our bedroom, but it was not available in a size that would fit our space. He took the picture I had and made a perfectly-sized replica! As usual, his work was of the highest quality and beautiful... On time, price was right. We have two more pieces we will have made for our home and Ben and his team will be asked to make them for us. We could not be happier with all that they have done for us. Superior attitudes; superior workmanship. Thank you, Covenant Crafters!

    DFW Improved
From beginning to end, my experience with DFW Improved was excellent due to the professionalism and work ethic of everyone involved in my project. My original contact was Juan, who worked with me to create a plan for my dream kitchen and was available to answer any questions I had prior to signing the contract. Kristi was great, helping me with design decisions when I visited DFWs showroom. I was especially impressed with my project manager, Jason, who managed to make me feel like I was his only client, even though I knew he was managing multiple other projects simultaneously. He always answered my phone calls and texts promptly, and he kept me up to date with all the scheduling of the various components of our kitchen remodel. We had new kitchen cabinets installed, pantry rebuilt, bar height counter removed, additional cabinet storage added, granite countertop, composite sink, faucet, and backsplash installed. In addition, we had the kitchen, dining, living, breakfast, and entry painted. Jasons extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence that the remodel would be done correctly. I now have a beautiful, functional kitchen, and the job was completed in a timely and organized manner. Need I say more? Working with this company was a great experience.

    Clear Creek Home Improvements
Working with the gentlemen at Clear Creek Home Improvements was better than working with family!! They were prompt, professional, and caring about everything I said and what all I am going to need to update my home. I don't think there is anything you would ever need done in your home that they could not do for you ~ and all by men of integrity with Godly standards and outstanding work ethics. There is still much to do in my home, and I will definitely be using Clear Creek. I would be more than happy to provide a verbal, more personal reference should one be requested

    PB General Contractors
The whole process went downhill very quickly on day one when the crew showed up to demo the whole bathroom (they were only supposed to demo the shower and floor) and did nothing for dust containment. All doors wide open, including to my then 32 month old son's bedroom. They did not seal the doors with plastic like we have had with other work including leaving the attached closet door open with all my clothes in it. They did not lay plastic over the furniture...you get the picture. I came home that night and was horrified at all the dust because I asked James multiple times if we would need to move everything out and were told the dust would be contained and the bathroom will be off limits only a few days tops. My husband had to stop them from demolishing the bath tub and sink, that would have been a whole other issue had they! The final tile work looks like a hobby job with up to an inch of finger grout at all the shower joints, the slope improperly done, always holding water... the faucets and shower heads have so much give I'm afraid there's no waterproofing behind any of them. They kept telling me how the tile I chose was not the best for the look I was trying to achieve because of their inherent warp.. I guess no one thought to tell me until the walls started looking bowed. they also didn't tell me that they didn't know how to work with the schluter edging I chose. The last slap was when the contractor told me to try to be there when they bring in the shower glass so I can tell the guys where to place the glass. I guess, what do I need a contractor for? Overall, I felt I was treated like a second class customer as I know he gets great reviews from his Southlake/Colleyville clientele. I spent so much for so little.

    Rock Your House
Great experience working with Gregg and his team. He provided a breakdown of the work to be done, and a cost for each item, with his quote. Most other contractors would not. His crew arrived on the designated date/time, and they worked hard to complete. Before and after pics are below. I plan to ask him to do more work in the coming months!

    Home Front Renovations
The remodel went really well! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael and his his top notch crew. Michael was always available to talk through the project as we moved from step to step. It was a big job but between him and John , his PM and his crew they kept it moving. A special shout out to Seth and Anthony! What a couple of great guys and super professional. We really felt that they cared about the work they were doing and understood what the significance of this remodel was and meant to us. We are very pleased with the results and would most certainly contract them again for the next project!

    Covenant Crafters Mansfield
The team from Covenant Crafters were excellent -- from start to finish. They were able to provide exactly what I requested at a reasonable price and in the timeframe promised. Could not ask for more. I am going to use them again for our master bath remodel and for a couple of other custom pieces. I also reached out to them when my employer was looking for a painter and someone to provide countertops or our office. They sent us to the right people -- very happy with that work also! Very professional, very honest ... I will refer anyone who is looking for custom cabinetry to them.

    Bonier Cabinet Manufacturing
Came out and measured and provided quote. Due to delays on my end from holidays, travel, and then husband's injury, we did not start job until months later. April 25, he came out and we reviewed quote, and I paid first half. Two cabinet doors taken with advice that they would be back in about two weeks for me to pick the stain color between the two. After four weeks and no response, I contacted. We agreed they would come on May 29, and take cabinet fronts and doors to get started at shop. They started work, and because my husband asked questions, the owner, Jimmy, was saying he needed to back out of this job or "he could be here 6 months" as we wanted too much. We talked this through as it was misunderstanding. So, we proceeded. We were told job would take probably three or four days. Now, Sunday, June 24, almost four weeks later, he came for final repairs/touch up as he had started another job 2 weeks ago, and not had time for us. His guys did come one and a half day during that time. He showed up and it appeared they were done, so I made the mistake of paying the other half. There were a couple of small things that he promised they would be back to finish. My mistake as I did not thoroughly inspect and find all the other issues. There were multiple problems when they got ready to reinstall. The guys told us that they do not normally hang doors and hinges. Said the "carpenter" does that, but he is in hospital, so the boss told them to go ahead. I was readily apparent, they did not know what they were doing, and door and hinges ended up all unlevel. Boss came out and was instructing them to measure where to put things. Most got straightened, by drilling more holes slightly off center of the others, which weakens the stability of the doors. He told us he had fired the other guy, so he would not be back. They did not pull out the oven to strip and stain around edges so husband told them he wanted that done. Did not know they would not put it back right. They could not even put drawers back in correctly. Owner finally came to make corrections, and fixed some, but others including doors that now look warped and gap away from frame due to way they were installed, he just said it is not their fault, and you have to "give and take". He would not do anything about that. I found that they just tightened in top hinges tighter than lower making doors kick out at bottom. He would also not straighten gaps between doors that were further apart at bottom than top. Would not repair drawer glides that they damaged. He worked on it and got it better, but I have to "give and take". They also refinished my front door. They did not take off the hardware and grinded against my new door hardware less than 6 months old - he did pay to replace that. But door came out much darker than requested, and he blamed it on the existing wood. But they did not even properly sand out crack was repaired and it still shows. Although the owner may know his business, his workers do not seem to know so much and don't speak good English making it hard to communicate issues. And when they do communicate, boss gets onto them for agreeing to do things to correct problems. This turned out to be a nightmare from which I do not get to wake up as my cabinets do look better, but have new problems that did not exist before, and it cost me over $4,000 which was a good price if everything had turned out right.

    Masterpiece Tile & Grout
I recently purchased an older home and, like many older homes, many repairs were needed. One of the bathrooms had old and dirty tile, leak's in the shower which created rotten wood, cracked flooring and awkward room dimensions. The Masterpiece Tile & Grout team did an outstanding job with the remodel! They educated me on best practices and helped me develop a plan on what all needed to be done. They even helped with any additions as they came up - all while keeping me under budget! I was very happy with the work they preformed and would definitely use them again!

    Home Front Renovations
Michael, the owner, was extremely professional, responsive, and considerate. I really appreciate his honesty during my remodel, as it enabled me to know the progress each day. David and Manny from his team, managed the remodel at my home. They were very considerate and kept us informed each step of the way. Both of them always welcomed our questions and concerns about the work. I felt confidence in their work - they know what they are doing! Both are highly skilled and professional. I would recommend Home Front based on their honesty, professionalism, and work ethic.
