Very thorough exam, including xrays before treatment.  Explained treatment and expected number of visits clearly.
Very friendly staff and early morning appointments available were a big bonus.  After approx 6 visits pain was gone and has not come back in over a year.

    Grantland, Dr. Alexia
The first appointment with Dr. Grantland was an information session where she answers all of your questions and explains her treatment plan. If you are comfortable, then she will treat your child that day. She was very gentle in her treatments and explained everything she was doing. Not only did it help with her acid reflux but she was also able to move her head from side to side more freely and became more comfortable in her car seat where she used to constantly cry. The office staff was wonderful and appointments were easy to make and we were always seen on time. Like any chiropractor you have to go often at first, like 2-3 times per week for the first couple of weeks, but it works. I would highly recommend her services.

I showed up for my appt a few minutes early.  It has been a while since the appt, so I do not remember if I did the paperwork there or at home but I do remember that it was complete and handed in before my appt time.  there was one or two people that were already in there that were taken back prior to my appt time.  as my appt time passed, people that came in after I arrived were taken back for their appts.  after waiting about 15-20 PAST my appt time, the front desk was empty and there had been no one to come back out to acknowledge I was still waiting or that someone would be with me soon or anything at all.  I went to the front desk and waited until someone came back out, at which point I asked for my paperwork back.  that was the only time I saw them take an interest in how much longer it would be.  I let them know that I was not in a position to wait even longer before they even got to my appt, and that I needed to move on.  I did not make an appt to reschedule and I will not be back.
this office is in an area that is known to cater to a certain clientele in a certain way.  and while I definitely saw one client that was leaving show a definitive diva behavior about the convenience of the timing of their next appt, I in no way received any such treatment... nor do I really want it.  just an acknowledgment of the value of EVERYone's time would have been much more welcome.  and a little more effort by the front staff to show that they were aware that someone had been waiting, while others that had come after I did for the same appt time were already taken back for treatment.  it strikes me as one of many chiropractic offices that have taken to stacking multiple patients for the same time and then just rushing the treatment to get volume instead of quality.  as such, I'm glad I saw that before I risked my spine to a place that appeared to be less interested in service.

He snapped me out of main stream general medicine. I was going to have surgery but he cured my frozen shoulder with his patented syndrome and solution. He is phenomenal. He teaches this technic worldwide. It is a new discovery. His payments are also very reasonable.

    McGarrah, Dr. Michael P.
He is totally amazing. I can't tell you how amazing he is. These people are good enough that I recommend them to anybody that asks. I am not in the business of letting people pop and crack on me but I get migraines and when I was pregnant I couldn't take any medicine for them and he is the only reason I didn't spend my entire pregnancy suffering. I haven't seen him for two months because the construction is so horrendous and it takes me 45 minutes to get there. There are a dozen chiropractors within 10 miles of my house and I would still drive 45 minutes to get to him. They are just amazing. I will definitely continue to see him.

    Vasquez, Dr. Robert
I have been going there for about nine months.  They are Christian based.  They are big on avoiding surgery for most back issues.  They don?t just look at the back, neck and spine activities, but they look at the overall body health.  It is about eating right, living right and getting yourself adjusted.  The staff is very friendly and positive people.  They are very positive about what their care can do for you.  If you follow the suggestions that they make as far as lifestyle, things would be better all the way around.  They are very committed to what they tell us.  They are living examples of what they think should be done and how it should be done.  They have been very flexible on the appointments.  They are only certain hours of the day that they are open.  If you can?t make it to your appointment, you can just call them and change it to another day.  It is pretty simple.

They interviewed the entire family and asked about any medical issues we had. My wife suffered from migraines and restless leg syndrome and my daughter had digestive problems and got car sick at the drop of a hat. They then took x-rays and went over them with us. They explained what the cervical spine should look like and how ours was not 'normal'. They then developed a treatment plan for us over the next year. They encourage you to pay for the entire year up front to get the best price, so that is what we did. We then started going in 3 times a week for 12 weeks. During that time they would do 'posutre checks' every couple of weeks and follow-up x-rays. After those 12 weeks we did 2 visits a week for 12 weeks. Then we did 1 visit a week for the remainder of the year. After a few weeks of beginning the treatment, my daughter's issues got better, and my wife was sleeping better than she had in years. We saw the care actually help us. Our x-rays showed our spines to be in condition they were supposed to be in. We will always be believers in chiropractic care. We stopped going to Dr. Rob just because the drive was too far, and we wanted to be able to pay as we go. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Chatfield listens carefully to what I have to say acting appropriately; I feel like he takes me seriously. He and his staff are very pleasant going out of their way to make the patient comfortable.
