    I worked with Matt at the Grapevine location. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a fair quote, and stuck to it. His quote came in under half of what Grapevine Nissan dealership quoted me! They put a new axle on, re-aligned and it was driving funny. Instead of giving it to me and letting me complain, he called before I picked it up and asked if I had experienced it before. We decided it was a new issue, so he put on a second axle and re-aligned again, same issue. He sent my original axle to be re-built, and put it on and re-aligned again. It's driving great now (decided it was probably a manufacturer defect and is looking into it.) More than anything, he was honest - he didn't just put the axle and send me on my way. He kept working on the vehicle until the problem was actually solved. Despite having to do the job 3 times to get it right, he didn't try to slide in any extra charges to cover the extra labor expense or try to make it seem like it was my fault to charge me more. (There have been so many times I've had to argue with people that I shouldn't be charged more for their errors!) He was respectful of my time and kept me in the loop. I'll definitely use their shop again.

    The mechanics did not believe the throttle actuator needed to be replaced, just cleaned.  Replacement of the throttle body would have cost between $700-$800.  Instead, they cleaned it, tested it, and followed up with me to make sure I was not having any more problems with it.

    I will continue to have my car serviced at Mid-Cities Service Center.  The staff there is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and does not try to sell me parts or services I do not need. If you live nearby, they will also give you a ride back home while your car is being serviced.

    It's so nice to have mechanics I can trust!

    Fast and thorough.  Everything was well documented.  I elected not to have the repair because of the cost.  But I felt they were probably median to the market, I just needed an estimate before I got into it.

    Very thorough in checking all of the car's systems and telling me their status.  Checked code for check engine light and advised me on action (told be that no immediate repair was necessary, only to pass yearly inspection.  To me that says they are not trying to their job and not trick me into paying them more).  A few dollars more than other places but worth it.  The downside is that appointments must be scheduled a few days in advance even for just an oil change. I plan on going back their for car services when I can.

    He will replace the part rather than the whole module, which saves you a lot of money. He will electrically check out the whole module and then get the part within the module which needs to be replaced. I have been using him for years and years. He is excellent.

    It was a positive experience. They were very friendly and helpful. My brakes are in good condition and I have no problem with them. They have good quality of work and they are a reputable company. They are slightly expensive. They did what they said the would do.

    Had lube service right before going on vacation. All went normal and was fast. While on vacation we noticed a burning oil smell. Every time I stoped for gas we checked the oil level and was always OK.
    When we returned from our trip I emailed Vernon, the owner, and explained the problem. He responded right away and ask me to bring the truck in so they could check it over.
    When I went back and identified myself and problem, the site manager handled the inspection and engine clean up himself.
    Vernon showed up as truck was being finished and ask if we could take a test drive so he and I would be satisfied that all was OK. Test drive went fine.
    Being in the Service Field myself, I know that sometimes we can make a boo-boo. How the bb is handled makes the difference between just average and first class .

    They're wonderful. They're always great. One time, I went in and it was five minutes to closing and all I really wanted to do was to check to see what hours they kept. "Oh no, no, no, no. We can take you now." And they did it. They took care of me. I think that they're very honest and they're not gonna sell you something if you don't need it but they will keep you up to date on the state of your car. I think that they're good value, they're local and close by. They're really quick. I think they represent their industry very well.

    They are excellent.  I actually referred people and they have gone to them and felt the same.  I recommend them.  I referred my father and my friend and they have gone there and they will go back.  I went to two previous auto shops before I finally went for Dwayne’s.  It’s a small place but he fixed my car up to a bed machine and said it must be the Freon.  They are very honest, friendly and won’t rip you off.  They surpassed my expectation.

    This was the first time I took my car to Parra Car Care, and it is so nice to have found a place that is professional, and trustworthy. I will only take my car to them from now on. Randy and Nate were both professional and courteous. Customer service was excellent. After my car was checked out, I was advised in detail of what their recommendations were and their charges were very reasonable. They exceeded expectations.
