    Figueroa Remodeling Services
It was flawless. He was fast, very efficient. He asked if there was any other project we needed done and he ended up doing another project for us. We will be using him again for a bigger project in the future. He was awesome. He cleaned up behind himself. There was no sign of him being there other than the ramp he built. He was really good, and very nice.

    Vitalus Health Clinic
I've never met a healthcare company who cares less about customer service. As others have mentioned, no invoice or receipt has EVER been sent for home sleep studies, so I have to go to credit card statements just to see what I've paid. On top of that, they have never reached out to me, I had to reach out first throughout EVERY step of the process after my doctor sent the prescription. Now, to get in touch with them, you would think you simply call their number, right? Wrong - I've called multiple times on every single day of the week and have NEVER been able to reach a human. Not once. Fortunately, one of their employees texted me directions for my sleep study, so I was able to text him my issues and he resolved them (thanks, Vito!) Overall, I've never been more frustrated with a healthcare organization than Vitalus Health and will be urging my doctor to use literally any other provider.

My 88 year old Mom was moving into my home and I needed her to have access from the 1st floor to 2nd floor. The owners are amazing! They came to my home with a mobile showroom, helped me select the best option for my situation. The installation was easy and professional, they cleaned up everything after and showed me how to use it. When my Mom arrived at the house, she loved it but we did have a little challenge with the swivel so they came right back to help us. Turned out it was our fault, we were not releasing the handle. Simple issue, but they were SO kind and sweet to my Mom. I can't say enough about how great the experience was for me at a price i felt comfortable with. If you find yourself needing a Stairlift, look no further!

    Last Wishes
I went very well. We knew in December 2016 that our beloved 21 (almost) year old cat (Soleil), who found us in 2001 (Tropical Storm Allison), did not have much longer to live based on an assessment by our vet who gave her weeks (not months) to live. (She managed to live for 6 more months, so she hung in there.) We saw an ad for Last Wishes in one of the magazines at our vet (PetTalk, I think) and called them. We signed up for hospice care (around $250) to have weekly calls in which we can express any issues we were having and they could provide suggestions to make our cat's quality of life better. It was comforting to have a "hot line" if problems arose (ie. she was not drinking well, so they suggested putting a tablespoon of water in her (wet) food, as she was eating, so she would get water in this manner). The day we made the decision to have her euthanized (after we had been noting that her back legs had started to give way over several weeks), they came as quickly as they could on the day we called. They explained everything, and then when we were ready (giving us as much time as we wanted with our cat), we gave them the word. Having our cat put down in our home was exactly what we wanted (and we know it was what she wanted, too). It was so very hard to do this and then to let her go. Dr. Spade and Stacie were always thorough and compassionate. The only thing I would have done differently on my part is to make the decision on cremation vs. aquamation (we chose the latter), type of box or urn, etc. weeks in advance of the day of the euthanization so I could just have focused on the last hours with our precious cat and not have to "think". (The day of euthanization, aquamation, urn/box, etc. was $580). We also chose to get our cat's paw imprinted in clay. When we picked up her box of remains, they also gave, in a little bag, a nice tuft of her hair which we were not expecting, but were pleasantly surprised and pleased. They are a bit pricey, but it was expected, so it was not really a surprise. Still worth it. I don't think it would have been much less in an animal hospital, and Soleil got to pass peacefully in the home she lived in for the last 13 years of her life.

They installed a chair for my stairs. My sister visits and cannot climb them any more.  They came in and made sure everything was level as they installed it.  I like this chair because it does not have to be greased which is a plus and it is very quiet.  They took  care in the installation and it has worked very well since.  I have used it quite a few times.  I would recommend them to anyone. They also do elevators.

Very professional.  Company owners are very nice and take into consideration what your needs are.  They then recommend which Lift would be best for your home.  Installation went smoothly and we liked the stair lift.  We had a problem the evening that it was installed.  The owners went above and beyond the call of duty - they came right back to our home, diagnosed the problem and fixed the Lift.  So far, we are very pleased with The Stair Lift Store and we would certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The experience was excellent. Peggy and Debbie were happy to schedule an appointment on the date I needed them and they arrived right on time. They measured and reviewed the layout and made their recommendation. Within a couple of days they had provided me with written recommendations and price estimates. They continued to follow up on a regular basis. Because of personal constraints, we ultimately chose a brand of stair lift that they represent but for which they do not perform the installation work -- this decision had nothing to do with their quality of service but with time constraints on our end. However, they were responsible, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with for this initial part of our purchase process. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for stair lifts or other related products.

The service was outstanding. The ladies that installed the chair lift were very friendly and knowledgeable.  The chair lift was installed in no time.  I could not be happier.

First, let me say that my husband is a builder. We had hired Advanced Lifts in 2006 to install an elevator in a very expensive two-story home we were building. By the way, those homeowners are still happy with their elevator! We were so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, that we hired them to install an elevator at our personal home, a beach house located in Freeport, TX. We wouldn't trust our safety to anyone else.
