Mark provided a detail estimate of the cost and made suggestions to improve the project. The work was preformed during very hot weather. Exceeding 105 degrees. Our roof was replaced and a wooden cover was placed over the patio on the rear of the house. The roof overhang was extended in the front of the house. Concrete was added under the new covered area in the front of the house. All wood was painted to match the rest of the house.

The workers showed up on time and actually had a better way of installing the carport than Mark did. The work was done well and the carport is working beautifully. I had used them before to make a sun room out of a back porch area. That sunroom, years later, is still keeping cool in the Summer. I had been wanting to use them again, but they have not been available.
