  • It was horrible. I even contacted the BBB. The first guy came out and he said it was going to be, they were going to be out within a week with the parts we needed.  Two weeks went by and we had an event we needed these ice makers for and we hadn't heard from anybody. So I called back. They said that guy doesn't work for us anymore. I understood that. They sent out two guys, who were an hour late. They started working on the units, there was more than one. One was downstairs, one in the kitchen and one in the bar area. They started in the butlers kitchen and they thought they fixed it. They turned it on and went to the bar area. Meanwhile, the drain hose to the one in the butlers kitchen was not connected and draining down. It drained down into the basement. The fire alarm went off because water got into the smoke detector. It was a really big deal. There was something else that happened too after that but I can't remember what it was, it was horrible. They did fix one of the other ones.

  • It didn't. Tommy from Charlie's came out on time to give an estimate for a leak. He quoted me $200 per hour, then claimed he left his detection equipment at his last job. He left and didn't come back. I was told he would be back out on Monday, but I couldn't accept that appt. I called back to re-schedule a new appt. No one answered the phone so I left a message. My call was never returned.

  • My pool heater started to leak. the technician cane in about two days. the first tech told me the heat exchanger was cracked and the entire unit needed to be replaced. then a day or two later another technician came from the same company to take pictures. he told me a header was cracked and could be repaired. he told me it the damage was due to freezing water. I then received a call from one guard who said it would not be covered due to the freeze damage being my fault. the pool had been running and is equipped with a freeze protector unit. the technician said that may have failed because sometimes the sun tricks it into thinking it is warmer and it never activated therefore causing the damage. I asked one guard why this would not be covered because the system was equipped with freeze protection and this is a system failure. I was told "I don't have a good answer." he said it is not covered. to say the least I think that is a terrible answer. the company took apart my heater to evaluate never returned to put it back together or even give me a quote to fix it. there has been a lack of professionalism from both the service company and one guard.

  • The plumber called to let me know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He quickly replaced the disposal, then explained that my leaking toilet needed to be replaced. His explanation was sound and very detailed. After inspecting my 2nd one, I asked him to replace it, too There was a slight delay since the place he normally purchases from only had 1 in stock and he had to travel farther than expected. The installations went quickly and he was very conscientious about cleaning up afterward.

  • It was a good experience. It’s a prepaid service. They will come out, service and check out the air conditioner and the thermos. We’ve had them for about 10 years for the whole package. It’s a fair price. They cover all our appliances. The quality varies sometimes. Most of them were here on time. I would use them again because it’s like an insurance policy.

  • It's really a pretty good deal We pay $450 for two years for four different appliances, a refrigerator, a washer dryer, and a freezer. If we hadn't had the service policy, it would've been over $200, but it only cost us $35 every time they come as we have the service policy. If they can't fix it, then they replace the appliance for us. We had a freezer that instead of freezing, just did the opposite and everything got really hot and it melted. They replaced the freezer and they also gave us $250 to replace the food inside.

  • How did it go?  GREAT!  The trouble shooting and repair was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat.  Bill wanted to make sure he had the problem corrected, unlike some service people who seem to want to slap on a part and head for the next job.  I will definitely call this company the next time I have an appliance problem.

  • I called Paul before 8:00am. He was at my house at 10:00am. Unbelievable. He walked into the kitchen, pulled the freezer door open and diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds. Seriously. 30 minutes later he was gone. This refridgerator hasen't worked this well since we bought it. Very nice man. and d*** good at what he does.
