  • Dr. Wolff listened to my wife. Listening was what she wanted most from the doctor and he provided. Dr. Wolff exhibited a caring attitude and excellent bedside manner. He explained his plan and followed up with several appointments to follow through on the plan.

  • They were very thorough, professional, and explained things well. I know others that have had successful surgeries performed here. It was a little difficult to get in, but that's because they are very popular.

  • The doctor is very professional and the nursing staff was excellent. I was kind of fortunate, because the time I was there, I was the only one in the recovery, so they didn't have anybody else to attend to. It was all very good, from beginning to end. The only ones that I have problems with is the administration. The doctor comes in before the surgery and tells you what he's going to do.

  • The office environment and everything was real good.  The physical therapy office is very small, it like sitting in someone’s living room.  The doctor’s office has plenty of room to sit down.  The doctor’s office was great.  The people were nice. The lady was very personable and the whole office was personable.

  • I had a good experience with them. Everything from start to finish, from booking appointments to my office visits to the surgery, went smoothly and according to plan. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
    - Jeffrey S.
  • I liked everything about the experience, except maybe the checkout. Seemed to back up and there was only one person doing the checkout for 2 or more physicians. That didn't seem efficient. Other than that, the experience was as pleasant as could be and I left feeling like Angie's List was a great buy since it narrowed down my choices to a very nice group.

  •  I went to the ARlington Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics office sensing that my new orthotics from another office had not been fit correctly.  One of the licensed orthoticsts/prosthetics, Ashley Ray, quickly diagnosed the problem with the orthotics and surmised that it could not be fixed, a whole new set would need to be made (including new molds of my feet).  She worked tirelessly both making the new molds and, after the orthotics were made, modifying them until they were a "perfect fit,"  a task that took in excess of 2 hours over two appointments.  It was clear that she was knowledgable professional dedicated to excellence and the client's long-term benefit.  The orthotics have worked well and I have been able to resume fast walking without the bouts of knee pain I had experienced from imbalance and poor support.

The entire office seems dedicated to both high-quality service and client-centeredness.  I observed the manager, also a licensed practicioner, interacting with elderly clients, drawing them into light conversation while completing an hour-long session clearly focused on precise and high-quality work.

Overall the Arlington office has provided excellent care and I would recommend them highly.

  • It's a wonderful network. You don't even have to wait that long. It's like the old-fashioned doctors that you had when you were a kid. If you go to any other clinic, you don't know which doctor you'll see. This place has a good continuity of care, which is important, because you want to have a relationship with your doctor. They don't get overwhelmed. You don't even have to have an appointment. You can just walk in, if you're willing to wait a little while. It isn't a bad wait. If you need to see a specialist, you can get referred quickly, so it's the best of both worlds.

  • I am all healed up now and praising Dr. Nicholls to anyone I know who wants a great knee doctor. I give him an A+ on satisfaction and service. Medicare paid for everything so, I don't now about his grade in that area.

  • DR. POLLIFRONE IS VERY PERSONABLE. VERY FUNNY. YOU CAN BE AT EASE WITH HIM. HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE, THEY WILL WORK YOU IN, NOT A LOT OF WAITING TIME IN THE WAITING ROOM.
