The before and after pics were incredible even though I already knew this works wonders. To see the pics were proof in the pudding how well it works to tighten your skin and give you an incredible hydration and glow of your skin.

  • I have been having a lot of trouble with my face. I have dark circles under my eyes and a lot of redness.  I had a hydrafacial performed today and I saw instant results. My face is so clean and hydrated. The dark circles are almost gone and the redness is minimal.  I have been so happy with the skin care products that are sold at Bex I  do not want to use anything else. Rebecca's office is wonderful. Very relaxing and quiet. She is very knowledgeable about services and products. I highly recommend Bex for all your aesthetic needs. She is wonderful and you will be thrilled with the results. It has only been a few hours and I am very happy.

  • Being somewhat new to TX, I needed to establish a new Dr to help with my asthma and allergies.  I called on a Wednesday, and was scheduled for an available appointment on the following Monday - I opted to be scheduled with any available physician.

    It was an easy process to be set up for my first appointment and all the pre-paperwork was available on their website.  I even received a phone call later that day to confirm my appointment and tell me how much my first appointment would cost with my insurance plan so as to be prepared to pay the deductible on the day of my appointment.

    On the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes ahead with all my paper work in hand, completed.  I was nicely greeted by a person behind a glass window.  When I gave my name, she had difficulty finding my appointment.  After a minute or two, she found my appointment in the system for Tuesday instead of Monday.  The receptionist then apologizes saying she can not take me at 2:30 that day, could I come back tomorrow instead or could I come back at 3:45.  I explained I could not and that it was a 25 minute drive to the office from my office.  She then looked up at me, said she was very sorry then slid the window shut.

    I was stunned.  No offer to schedule any other time on another day.

    I started to leave, then came back to the window and asked if I could speak to an office manager.  She agree and said lets see if a Dr could see you - and then pushed the window shut again to talk to someone else in the office - yes it was glass and I could see what was being said - leaving me to stand I a big room with 10 other people waiting and watching the drama of my situation.  I then realized if this was how the office was run before I was an established patient - new money for them - imagine how it would be on a regular basis as an established.  I then decided to leave and find a better run office.

    The most disappointing thing... the office did a good job when they called and reminded me to bring a way to pay for my first appointment and to be on time, but I never heard anything back when they messed up and I was inconvenienced.

    I was very disappointed with the front office service before I could even meet with a doctor - and I understand they have good physicians in the office. 

    If you have a choice, choose some place else is my recommendation.

  • I've been using them for three years. They are very thorough and very professional in regards to the way they talk to us, how much time they take. They are very available and their office environment is very nice.

  • My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gibbs for years, but we will now try to find someone else, as we are completely and totally fed up with the way this doctor practice is run. First of all, they don't staff enough people to answer your call for an appointment, instead, you have to leave a message and they call you back, which adds at least one full day to get an appointment. Secondly, getting appointments, once you get through to their appointment desk, usually takes forever, no matter what your problem is. Third, even if you've just been in to see them, they make you fill out this enormous, long self portal request with all your medical information each time--not an update, fill it all out again.

    Next is they OVERCHARGE their customers. I had taken to seeing the PA, Holly, to have my ears cleaned, even though she hurts when she does them because she was less than $100 for a few minutes of cleaning. I encouraged my husband to see her, and she hurt him and then they charged the same amount for the PA as the doctor, $163 for a simple ear cleaning. Please!!!! And if it's anything more complex, they charge like my arthritis specialist over in Dallas, hundreds of dollars a visit. I don't mind paying my specialist in Dallas that is as he's in the top 100 doctors in the U.S. But I don't think Dr. Gibbs, et al are in the top 100 doctors.

    My husband has a lot of wax buildup and for years, Dr. Gibbs refused to see him more than twice a year, even though he was in pain and discomfort, in between times. I had to argue and fight to get her to see him once more per year, but they gave him the PA and charged like it was a doctor visit.

    Because they stay understaffed to make more money, their staff is surly and unfriendly because they're always overwhelmed. Bottom line, avoid this practice, at all costs!!! I don't know why we put up with them for so long, but I will say they got increasingly worse over the years and increasingly EXPENSIVE!!!

  • She did not hear from him by the end of the week so she called him and left a message, he did not respond, she called two more times with no response from this surgeon, or from his  office..  
    After more than 2 weeks, my daughter had to go back to her primary Dr to get another referral for a surgeon.  Apparently this Dr did not feel a biopsy was worth his time or effort that he promised.  So follow through does not exist.  So much for the Hippocratic oath.

  • She is excellent and goes way beyond what she is supposed to do to try to find out what is wrong with you. She is good. She spends a lot of time with her patients though. I would recommend her. I have been seeing her for six months. I would be seeing here twice a year. I work for doctors, but she is very good.

  • I switched to him from my original doctor when I was pregnant because the doctor wasn’t listening to my concerns. He ordered tests without even seeing me and listened to me. He’s been that way ever since. He takes his time and listens to me. He has a warm personality and a sense of humor. I never have to wait long in the office and the nurses are great. He doesn’t do pregnancies anymore and specializes in hormone therapy.
