    CORNERSTONE COUNSELING & CONSULTING
We had a terrible experience with them. I called Angie's list to report about it and they sent us a letter of apology. I have no doubt that he would act that way to other customers, too. He did not follow through the contract that we had to what he was supposed to do. He was also screaming. I didn't try that because I think he's dangerous.

    UT Southwestern Clinical Heart
They did an excellent job. It did saved me and I was so happy. I would very highly recommend them. I would say to the other members that it’s the best place to go if you are having issues with any of that or if you are having family history of aneurysm. They are very efficient.

    Rabjohn Behavioral Institute
As a mental health professional, you might assume he would be extremely concerned with his client's welfare. He isn't. At one point, I called the office and left a message stating I believed there was a risk of suicide. A nurse practitioner called me back that day, but there was zero follow-up communication. No one called to to check up on my fiance, and the next time we spoke with the office was to schedule another appointment.
Last month, we called to get a refill of his medication, which had been denied at the pharmacy. The receptionist informed me that Rabjohn wouldn't authorize another refill of antidepressants until my fiance came into the office for a visit--and the next available appointment was over two weeks away. This left him without medication for two weeks, which is a bad idea when you're talking about antidepressants. While I understand the need for occasional office visits, it would have been more professional and much healthier for my fiance if the office had informed us a month prior that he would need to be seen in the office before his next refill.
Overall, I found Dr. Rabjohn uncaring and unprofessional.

Quazi Imam. MD Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Our previous psychiatrist was dropped from our insurance plan and we needed an appt. for our children's medications. Dr. Imam took our insurance and it was easy to get an appt ( should have been a red flag). The office was old and shabby (converted motel) and reception area looked very unorganized. Dr. Imam called my sons, husband and myself back into his office. He did not want to see their files. He showed us a PowerPoint presentation on his computer with adverse effects of the meds. He told my son his med could cause suicidal tendencies and asked if he had thought of suicide. My son replied no and my younger son interjected that he had thought about suicide. Dr. Imam ignored him and never questioned him about it. Big RED FLAG- never ignore comments about suicide! As with the previous reviewer, he name-dropped Harvard many times and also told us many patients had visited him and not agreed with his methods and he dropped them from therapy. His accent is very heavy and my sons could not understand a lot of what he said. The only positive was his view of behavior modification. As we were leaving he pushed some postcard-style business cards at us with his picture and a business ad on it. Our opinion is that he is egotistical and not overly concerned with parental involvement. We had a bad feeling from the visit and will definitely not return.

Quazi Imam. MD Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.
he scared both my kids with telling them side efeects from the medication and telling them they should try to get off of it. He was difficult to understand from his accent . He dropped the fact that he went to Harvard at least 15 times but yet His state of Texas license does not have it listed. His office is very nasty feeling and old . He seemed knowledgable but shady, Dont think I will go back

    ALAN J CAHILL MD DGN
He has spent a great amount of time with me.  He does not push medications, he is genuine.  He is always on time.  I don't have any problems getting appointments.  HIs office staff is very helpful and accomodating.  All around a great doctor.

I have some very complicated conditions and he works very hard on helping me and does research on his own time for it. The office staff is excellent in working with you to get you in in case of an emergency.

Dr. Cahill is an older gentleman. He was very professional and recommended medication for my disorder. I did not, however, like his manner. I almost felt he looked down on me. So, after about 5 visits I found another physician.
