    Ernie's Plumbing Service Inc
Excellent service, since the first contact with the dispatcher, they were able to set an appointment for the same day, this was after I contacted another company that only could accommodate me 4 days later for an estimate visit, Mr. Craig Miller, arrived around 10 minutes of the appointment, came in gave all the information upfront of all that I should expect and how much I had to pay. Gave me suggestions, was not pushy at all, set another appointment for the next day to make the assestment because I had an idea where was the water coming from by it was vital to determine the exact location, without tearing apart the whole house, lol. He came in time the next day and gave me an appointment for the next business day to have the job done. It was a lenghty process but he was prepare for every detail and issue faced. As you can see, I couldn't be any happier nor thankful with the service received, is guaranteed and they are insured, licensed, respectful of your time and home, an excellent company, I can tell you, for the interaction that I have with those employees. Thank you, Angie's List for making this process as easier as possible, I didn't know where to start since due to the complexity of the issue everyone that was recommended by friends declined the job. I felt hopeless but you rescued me!

    Pinnacle Foundation Repair
I was impressed with the owner Robby Brown and his honest assessment of my home. He gave valuable information to help me improve the area that didn't require foundation repair. His bid for the area that did need work was significantly lower than other bids I received and he and the office were in frequent contact with me. The crew was on time and efficient and tidy and it was a brutally cold and wet day. Very pleased and will use again.

    Texas Foundation Experts
The true mark of an experience is whether you would hire them again. The answer is yes. I would not hesitate to refer this company as one that manages to do the job well. This includes not just a reasonable price but the ability to communicate to us what the process is and why it needs to be done the way that is proposed.

    Pinnacle Foundation Repair
A++ company. The owner Robby Brown is straight forward, no up sale, very knowledgeable and informative. Outstanding customer service. The word that comes to mind when you meet Robby and work with Pinnacle is integrity. That is a hard quality to find these days. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for any foundation work you may need.

    Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc.
This review contrasts my experience between two top foundation repair companies, Structured Foundation Repair (SFR) and Brown Foundation Repair, on the same job site, and at the same time. I reviewed both companies, and eventually decided to go with SFR, in part, because they claimed to rely on engineers and their promise of quick service. During my consultation with SFR, we discussed the need for repairs to my homes foundation, as well as a semi attached garage and carport. The rep initially balked at making repairs to the garage and carport, offering instead to make the repairs to the home only. I made it clear that I did not want two different companies working on the same home. To get the job, SFR would need to do the entire job. The rep consulted his construction foreman as well as an engineer to see if they could do the entire job. I was notified both construction foreman and engineer agreed that SFR would be able to complete repairs on my home, the garage and carport, winning the contract for the job. After a $12,000 down payment, repairs began. Work began on the home first. Around the time the repairs to the home were essentially completed, work began on the garage. By work, I mean a few holes were made along the outside walls of the garage. By now, work was completed on the home. It was at this time I was informed SFR would not complete repairs on the garage after all, nor would they even begin work on the carport. The reason? The discovery of a subterranean retaining wall below the outer wall of the garage. Tap dancing ensued with assurances that work on the garage would just be a waste of money and that the sales rep was getting his *** chewed out for agreeing to take on the job in the first place. There was no word on the reversal of the construction foremans opinion. Even more confusing, when later asked about the relevance of the engineers report, indicating the job could be done, I was told the structural engineer does his own evaluation. I took this as SFR wanting to distance itself from the engineer, and is especially disappointing, given their marketing pitch of backing up their work with engineering reports. After ultimately paying SFR over $20,000, I was left with a home with only partial repairs made, and encouragements that, maybe someone else can do the garage for you. Roughly 2 months after repairs to the home were completed, I noticed a drop in the floor where repairs had been made. An appointment was made with the SFR Warranty Dept and to their credit, the rep was on site within just a couple of days, (this prompt service is about to end). The rep, SFRs operations manager, said adjustments are needed on every single previously installed pier. On top of that an additional 10 piers were recommended at an additional cost of $7,980! Even more frustrating is the fact that I asked about the same areas before repairs were made, pointing out that there appeared to be movement In that area. I was told the engineers report did not call for them. So far, the engineer has failed to note repairs that the ops manager now says are needed, and filed an Approved Engineers Plan with the City of Arlington that was not honored. So much for SFRs engineers. After learning SFR needed another $8,000 to really, really fix my home, I complained and asked for explanations on site. The best they could do for me? 3 weeks to have a 10 minute conversation. 5 weeks if I wanted to talk to someone else. So much for service after the sale. Contrast this with my experience with Brown foundation repair. After SFR did their bait & switch, Brown came out, surveyed the garage and carport and agreed to not only do the work, but warranty it as well. Repairs were made, and the garage and carport were lifted without incident. Brown even completed additional work at no extra cost, honoring their first assessment. What a difference. I am now entering week 2 of my 3 week wait. If my experience with SFR improves, I will update this, but as of now, my expectations are quite low. I originally posted this on FB on Sept 30. I was told by Structured Foundation Repair the owner was reviewing the situation and management would respond to my review shortly. It is now Oct 6 and I have yet to hear anything.

    Abacus Foundation Repair
Good group to deal with. My foundation had recurring issues, but Abacus seems to have worked them out. Some interior molding needed replacement due to the work, and Richard went the extra mile to find matching molding for my 35 year-old house.

    Dream Construction
We are so happy we found Dream Construction! I dont usually write reviews but this one had to be written. The previous home owners had tacked on an addition to the back of our house before we bought it. In recent years the concrete and foundation of the addition began to crack, causing issues for the entire house. After reaching out to 4 companies for quotes, we ultimately chose Dream Construction to tear down the addition. With it being a safety concern, we had a tight timeline. Joe was able to get the ball rolling quickly and did what he could to make sure our timeline was met. He kept in communications with us and provided honest feedback every step of the way. Because the addition had clearly not been built correctly in the first place, there were a lot of unknowns with our project. Joe didnt shy away from any of the challenges, managed our additional requests well and stayed within our budget. The safety of our dogs was a major concern before we started this project. Its hard to keep a construction area clean but Joe and his crew did a wonderful job. While the work was happening there was minimal disruption to our daily lives. I cant say enough great things about this company and their work. We needed a company who we could trust to do the work right. Dream Construction is definitely that company. They are very easy to work with and care about their customers. I highly recommend them! Joe is already working on a quote for our next job.

    Make Ready Renovation
MakeReady is one of the best general contractors i have had the pleasure to work with. They do what they say they will do in time, on budget, without having to supervise every step of the way. They are worth their weight in gold. It took them a month to replace foundation, redo bathrooms, refloor a house, repair drywall, paint interior an exterior, paint the kitchen cabinets, install granite countertops, and clean the job site

    Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc.
We had our foundation repaired in August 2018 (11 piers - 22' to 24' in depth). We used Structured Foundation Repair. We obtained 3 bids from companies that were referred to us. We checked them all out on the BBB site and Angie's List. We are very pleased with Structured. They had an engineer review their proposal before the work was done and after it was completed (pre and post elevations) along with pre and post plumbing tests. We were pleased with the engineering firm they used too. Structured was not the cheapest, but they appeared to be "on top of their game" and the best (most thorough). Structured's structural analyst, Bryan Portwood, did a great job of explaining the process and answering all of our question. Jose and the crew ("the workers") arrived at about 8:45 a.m. on the day of the job and finished about 5:30 p.m. These guys put in a full days work, excluding a lunch break. They replanted shrubs where needed and cleaned up afterward. Jose explained what they were doing before and during the work and answered all of our questions. Good experience all the way around. Please carefully read the contract/warranty language. There were substantial differences between the other companies' "lifetime" warranties and those of Structured. In fact, one company had language in their contract that limited their exposure to 1/2 of the amount paid. They also had multiple other costs that could be assessed along with a $250 transfer fee to a purchaser ("nickel and dime" stuff, but when combined very expensive) And the firm's warranty to a new purchaser had other limitations. I think a savvy purchaser would deem such a warranty essentially worthless. That's not the case with the Structured Foundation Warranty.

    SF Foundation Repair LLC
The Process was Smooth and Seamless as well as priced better than other quotes. This company went out of their way. Home was recommended to have over 20 piers most exterior and several interior. They even tunneled several interior piers to save Hardwood flooring that removing would have hurt the sale of the home and replacing would have been so costly...I cant speak highly enough of my experiences with SF Foundation. I recommend them to anyone who even thinks Foundation.
