    A1 Professional Plumbing
Jeff was VERY professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. He showed me the condition of my sewer lines. He was very prompt. Jeff was patient and took the time to listen to me. Jeff is the best example of excellent customer service. I will hire him again should I encounter future plumbing problems. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

    NEW BATH TECHNOLOGIES LLC
I chose to have our bathroom shower and counters replaced with the Onyx collection. The countertops and sink bowls are all one piece. The counter is grayish and the sink bowls are white and they have the look of separate pieces. It is easy to keep clean because there is no grout and no seams to get dirty. The shower was enlarged by taking out most of the pony wall. It was custom built and has a frameless look to it with new sliding glass doors. The shower walls look like subway tile and since it comes in custom fit panels, there is no grout to worry about. After a year of use everything still looks new and is easy to keep clean. We also had a custom cabinet made for the vanity area. The cabinet was made to look like the cabinets we already had. All cabinets were painted to match. Some drywall was replaced in the bathroom and the entire master bathroom and closet were painted. You can not tell where the drywall was replaced. Great job on the repair and paint job. New moldings were also installed. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed and looks great. We noticed a few tiny splatters of paint on the flooring and Josh cleaned it up quickly. A factory flawed plank was also replaced. After the job was finished we noticed an small area in the closet where the molding had not been replaced. The sliding shower doors could use some adjustment so that they have a better seal. I should have called Josh about these items but never got around to it. Overall, it was a great experience. Josh, Dandy, and the rest of the staff were very courteous to us and very accommodating when it came to our cats. They went above and beyond the call of duty and were super nice to the cats and us. Our bathroom looks new again and I love it! It is such a huge difference. I am glad I went with New Bath Technology.

    Fix It Right Guy
He arrived on time. He talked me through the process, and the whole time, I didn't feel worried. He for me on May 16, 2019, he charged 75/hr for a 2 hour minimum, which I thought was fair. I bought all the parts which made me confident there was no markup. When we hit a snag in the process, we discussed it and I ran to Lowes to get the part. I did this twice, but I'm glad I did because I didn't know how bad it was leaking or broken. There was no way to know without spending time in there. He also advised me on other projects and helped me with some weather stripping on the door. Since he was here, it really made it easy on me. I would absolutely use him again.

    All 'N Renovations
Rob is without a doubt the hardest working man in construction...and the fairest one. I had the pleasure of working with him over several months on a list on projects which included a full kitchen remodel as well as re-moving/installing, walls, doors, lights and staircases. In every phase of work the project was handled responsibly and as promised. Rob's prices are very fair and he is on the job handling most all tasks personally. He takes great pride in keeping the job site clean, and as an added bonus he is a bit of a perfectionist -- so for those of us who are a bit OCD on sweating the details...he'a one of us. In turn, he has abundance of patience and goes the extra distance to make sure things are done right.

    North Dallas Renovations
Just about every area of my home needed something repaired or upgraded. Framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile work, shower glass, granite, lighting, resurfacing and painting, staining, and during a mid-project emergency, rebuilding the exterior chimney surround. From my initial consultation with Kyle, I knew he was the one to tackle the job. Great communication, attentive to what I was trying to accomplish within budget, offered great ideas and sources. Such an incredibly wonderful crew... knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and truly just really nice. Set the tone for the whole project. With weeks of work (it was a long list!), it could have been tense and stressful. It was the exact opposite. There were quite a few times when I noticed they went above and beyond the task, going outside the scope to make sure an area was perfect. Had I known what a positive experience it would be, I would not have put it off for so long. Highest recommendation.

Great! The crew met with many obstacles, including very wet ground. They managed to lay pipe, connect plumbing, set up the Pelican system and install the reverse osmosis in one day. We love the great tasting water and the way our clothes feel.

    CNM Plumbing
It took 2 days for some one to contact me from the company, I set up an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday and no one showed up on the scheduled date. I contacted CNM Plumbing and they re-scheduled for the following day in the afternoon. The technician Mario showed up, told my wife it would cost $800 plus to have 10 minutes worth of work done. Mario was not very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems based on his comments, he told my wife we night have to have a rock bed installed in addition to the repairs. My wife new at that point this technician had no clue what they were talking about, since this was an existing sprinkler system that was installed when we built our house in the canyon falls community 3 years ago. The reason for the repair was to replace the broken back flow device that was damaged by our land scalping company. After my wife told the technician we would not be doing the repairs, we were charged a consultation fee of $49.00 for coming to our house. We contacted another plumbing company who pulled the permit and did the work for $250 and we were not charged a consultation fee. I was extremely disappointed in Angies List and will not use again after finding out the caliber of companies they allow to list on the site.

    C & W Plumbing
He was knowlegdeable and fixed the issue. He could have charged me for additional services and test, but said to hold off to see if the unclogging resolved the problem and wait to see if the additional tests are needed. Great service.

    Advantage Drainage
Mike and his crew did an amazing job with all of the drains they installed at our property to help us solve some flooding issues and water drainage problem areas. His team worked fast and the quality of their work was impressive. We no longer have any water drainage issues and are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work for an affordable price.
