    Make Ready Renovation
They remodeled our kitchen. They came out, gave us a bid, and started work as soon as we were ready. Price was great and quality of work was great. Clay was very responsive by phone and even helped us with design questions.

    Rivas Flooring
Luis and his team were outstanding! Right away he was very responsive with a reasonable quote for the work and provided recommendations on some difficult floor transitions. I cant say enough great things - the shower was completely overhauled and looks amazing. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of work and recommendation on materials. I highly recommend - great quality, professional work, and Luis and his crew were very friendly.

    NEW BATH TECHNOLOGIES LLC
I chose to have our bathroom shower and counters replaced with the Onyx collection. The countertops and sink bowls are all one piece. The counter is grayish and the sink bowls are white and they have the look of separate pieces. It is easy to keep clean because there is no grout and no seams to get dirty. The shower was enlarged by taking out most of the pony wall. It was custom built and has a frameless look to it with new sliding glass doors. The shower walls look like subway tile and since it comes in custom fit panels, there is no grout to worry about. After a year of use everything still looks new and is easy to keep clean. We also had a custom cabinet made for the vanity area. The cabinet was made to look like the cabinets we already had. All cabinets were painted to match. Some drywall was replaced in the bathroom and the entire master bathroom and closet were painted. You can not tell where the drywall was replaced. Great job on the repair and paint job. New moldings were also installed. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed and looks great. We noticed a few tiny splatters of paint on the flooring and Josh cleaned it up quickly. A factory flawed plank was also replaced. After the job was finished we noticed an small area in the closet where the molding had not been replaced. The sliding shower doors could use some adjustment so that they have a better seal. I should have called Josh about these items but never got around to it. Overall, it was a great experience. Josh, Dandy, and the rest of the staff were very courteous to us and very accommodating when it came to our cats. They went above and beyond the call of duty and were super nice to the cats and us. Our bathroom looks new again and I love it! It is such a huge difference. I am glad I went with New Bath Technology.

    Blue Line Remodels, LLC
The crew at Blue Line Remodels are professional, honest, and on time. We had had other experiences with different contractors in the past and had lost faith. Warren and his crew completed our new bathroom beautifully and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.

    All 'N Renovations
Rob is without a doubt the hardest working man in construction...and the fairest one. I had the pleasure of working with him over several months on a list on projects which included a full kitchen remodel as well as re-moving/installing, walls, doors, lights and staircases. In every phase of work the project was handled responsibly and as promised. Rob's prices are very fair and he is on the job handling most all tasks personally. He takes great pride in keeping the job site clean, and as an added bonus he is a bit of a perfectionist -- so for those of us who are a bit OCD on sweating the details...he'a one of us. In turn, he has abundance of patience and goes the extra distance to make sure things are done right.

    North Dallas Renovations
Just about every area of my home needed something repaired or upgraded. Framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile work, shower glass, granite, lighting, resurfacing and painting, staining, and during a mid-project emergency, rebuilding the exterior chimney surround. From my initial consultation with Kyle, I knew he was the one to tackle the job. Great communication, attentive to what I was trying to accomplish within budget, offered great ideas and sources. Such an incredibly wonderful crew... knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and truly just really nice. Set the tone for the whole project. With weeks of work (it was a long list!), it could have been tense and stressful. It was the exact opposite. There were quite a few times when I noticed they went above and beyond the task, going outside the scope to make sure an area was perfect. Had I known what a positive experience it would be, I would not have put it off for so long. Highest recommendation.

STAY AWAY. DO NOT HIRE!! They do not warranty their work or the products they purchase and install in your home. ATI Resorations Plano office performed work under an insurance claim and upsold some additional work. All of the work has been paid in full. In the upsell, ATI purchased and installed a shower pan (manufactured by Kohler). The make and model of the shower pan was chosen by the homeowner. ATI sourced the product through its suppliers and installed it and charged the homeowner for the materials and labor. The homeowner had nothing to do with the purchase or the installation of the shower pan or the surrounding tile work. The homeowner merely paid the quoted additional costs for the materials and labor. A Kohler representative visited the home and confirmed that the pan was either defective or damaged during install. The manufacturer agrees to provide a new pan at no cost. ATI takes the view that removal of the defective pan they purchased and installed and the reinstall of the new pan is the responsibility of the homeowner. ATI is not willing to warrant their work and take responsibility for purchasing a defective pan or damaging it during installation. When the homeowner signed off on the work, on the form, a specific condition was mentioned that the work was approved as complete provided the shower pan would be replaced. The same day as sign off, the homeowner wrote to ATI specifically mentioning the shower pan. "Greg, thanks for coming out today. We discussed the shower pan dent and weird crackling with brown rusty color. We agreed that I would sign off on the project (please send copy of that doc when you have a moment) and that the shower pan would be monitored and any correction would be under the warranty. We do not understand this weird chip and weird apparent cracking and are hoping your supplier will have answers/remedies. We paid by the final invoice 333.47 today by check.... Lets get the shower pan issue resolved ASAP . . ." ATI never refuted the conversation and has never sent me a copy of the signoff document as requested.

From the moment Lucie walked in I felt comfortable turning over this project to her. She was confident in what needed to be done and never once said that something couldn't be done. She answered my calls or texts immediately and her sub contractors were always on time and went above and beyond what was expected. Lucie would be the only person I would call for another project.
