    T Rock Roofing & Construction
Mark Strong from T Rock was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had never been through a hail storm of this magnitude and I had no idea where to start. He made the process as easy as something like this can be. Mark took care of all of the damaged items from start to finish.

T-Rock Roofing & Construction is high quality Professional Company. Especially Mark Strong my contractor, he helped me through every step of the way and did everything he said he would do. Didnt pay a dime until everything was completed and to my satisfaction. Great Job Mark!

    T Rock Roofing & Construction
TRock did an Outstanding job of scheduling and coordinating the contractors. Doyle Story was great, staying in frequent communication and answering all our questions. This was NOT a normal contracting job as there was extensive damage over the entire region. This was a challenging project and they did a really great job. Thanks so much... ":o)

    T Rock Roofing & Construction
My new roof was placed on my home April of 2017. It rained and I had multiple leaks. The Zridge shingles were incorrectly installed on all the ridges. I sent photos to the shingle manufacturer GAF and GAF verified that they were incorrectly installed. TRock sent a crew to replace all the shingles on the ridges. The leaks, it took them four times to correct one of leaks. The flue stacks were also incorrectly aligned thru the roof. They had to come back three times to correct one them. Each time they would come to correct one thing they would damage another thing. This kept happening even when the owner came to the house to help out. Next up, the gutters. Gutters were placed around the whole house with grease marks on every run, first floor and second floor. The gutters were installed with the incorrect slope so water would not run down to the downspouts. The gutter installer try to correct the grease marks by painting the gutter but the overspray went onto the house. TRock came back out and either cleaned the gutters or replaced the runs but they never did anything about the incorrect gutter slopes. They also damaged the shingles. At this time the project manager asked for payment for work performed. It blew me away because he had told me at contract signing no payment was needed until all work is complete. To help with the situation and hopefully receive better workmanship I paid the first portion of the roof. I paid >$15,000. This didn't help anything. I asked for a meeting with the owner. I wanted to have a new project manager assigned to my home. On the phone he mentioned a new project manager. So we meet in person to go over all my concerns. He brings my current project manager with him. Not this best of situation so I ask for a private meeting. The owner listened to all my concerns and still decided to keep my current project manager. I knew then that things would not get better. Next up, the chimney cover. The chimney cover that was placed on my home was of a less quality than the one I had on my home. Incorrect screws were used to attach it to my home. Paint on the chimney cover was also scratched during installation. After pointing this out to the owner the owner decided not do anymore work on my home. He told me he will not charge me for the chimney cover and that he wanted to break the contract. After speaking my insurance company I contacted the owner and said what conditions still need to be repaired before I make final payment. I did not hear anything back from the owner for about two weeks even contacting him multiple times. The owner finally decided to assign a new project manager. The damaged shingles were repaired and around 75% of the gutters had to be re-sloped for proper water runoff to the downspouts. It took more than three months to settle. The only items that were installed correctly the first time were the window screens and the mailbox. I had find someone besides TRock to complete the rest of the items from the hailstorm: the fence, AC units and vents. I have photos and emails to verify everything that I wrote.

We are pleased with the end result. Alex and his crew were always on time and did a great job communicating with us on our project. Each evening they left the work site clean and were always respectful of our property. Jerry, the owner, came out when we initially called for the quote and then again when we asked about an additional paint job -  just to check and see what exactly was needed and gave a us fair quote on it. Will hire them again.

    NIX DOOR & HARDWARE
They pushed me into paying extra to install it ( already pd framer to install doors)saying they would come back to adjust it after it settled but in the end flat out refused to stand behind their work. The door had a huge 1/4 gap that bugs came through and rattled when you touched it. Had to pay someone again to do the adjustments I paid them to do. Also made me pay to have the opening raised 2 inches because they said the door opening was not high enough but when they installed it the top header was 2 inches above the door. Duh. Worst of all they insisted I pay them in full before they completed the work and began paperwork for a Lien affidavit to stop the closing on my home. They were super rude and unpleasant to say the least. Wish I had read all the other bad online reviews of others first.

    NIX DOOR & HARDWARE
They quoted one of the flues to go out the side of house but missed a code that was clear on the plan. They then decided to install the metal flue pipe on the front of the roof next to the front door. Without my permission. The salesman apologized said it was his fault and said they would pay for the roof repair but then proceeded to send me a bill for the extra flue. When I complained to the owner she sent another bill DOUBLING the cost of the flue and deducting what she guessed the roof repair would be. In the end when one of my fireplaces was creating black soot and manufacture advised it should be looked at they refused to come out just a few months after installation and had to pay someone else who replaced a part. In the midst of this they expected full payment and threatened to stop my house closing by submitting a lien affidavit on my home. Infuriating experience.

Irish Chimney Sweep & Fireplace Services
The gas fireplace in a "new-to-us" home would not ignite. Geoff resolved the problem in just a couple of minutes! He also cleaned the entire fireplace (including the glass doors) and rearranged the gas logs so they ignited properly - we were not expecting this to be part of his service. He explained how to efficiently use the fireplace.
Geoff had an unexpected problem earlier in the day, which caused our appointment to be moved back a bit - he called us with updates on his arrival time. Even though he had a very long day, he was pleasant, efficient and thorough. The fireplace area was spotless when he left.
We found him to be honest and fair with his charges - since we had no idea of what was wrong with the ignition switch, he could have told us it was much more serious than a loose wire inside the firebox. Thank you Geoff!!
We will definitely call him for any future fireplace issues and will be calling him to clean our dryer vent.

    Chimney & Wildlife Specialists
The exclusions evaluation seemed superficial at best without a  great deal of detail on services needing to be performed. When the service tech got out there and realized I had two chimney's he acted like he didn't necessarily want to clean either of them. I talkedhim into cleaning one since I had prepaid for one.

Very happy with the service technician that came out for initial coupon and then chose to go ahead with suggestions made. Our 1999 home had never had a screen put on the top of the chimney. Very thankful that he pointed that out and the benefits to having one.
