  • If you are looking for someone to provide appliance services, stop looking and hire this guy! Awesome experience! Very professional - took lots of time to show me the features of my new dishwasher so that I didn't have to read the manual. Also - gave me excellent advice on the brand of dishwasher to purchase. Left the work area cleaner than it was before the installation - Super guy - well run business - great communication - prompt - fair prices - excellent experience.

  • I called them, they were able to schedule me within 4 hours of my call. Andrew arrived in the time frame given, he diagnosed the problem very quickly he even put up with explaining everything to my Home Choice Warranty provider. He then repaired, cleaned up the inside of the dryer - 8 years of lint and had it all working again. i would definitely call again, I would also request Andrew.

  • The gentleman that showed up was very precise. He even worked with our home warranty people to explain what was going on to allow us to recover some of the repair costs. He explained what he was doing, and how to clean the unit in the past. Who knew you needed to clean inside your dryer once a year.

  • Called K&M on a Monday 11/21. Earliest they could come was Wednesday 11/23 from 11 AM to 1 PM. Got a call from Bryan at 11 that he would be here within 30 minutes. He showed up on time. The problem was an overload relay which would have failed eventually. The repair took about 30 to 45 minutes and was about $150 which included the part and the service call.

  • Miserable experience! Our homeowners warranty company sent James out to repair our refrigerator which wasn't cooling. He came out and said the problem was that the refrigerator wasn't attached to the cabinet properly and that this was not covered by warranty. Nevertheless I paid the $60 fee. A few days later I called GE and their technician told me the damper was faulty and that this should be covered by homeowner warranty policy. It would be $600 to fix. I called James again, told him the damper was the issue. He rudely told me he would not justify or change his diagnosis and that GE was wrong. I told him I was not surprised by his response and was suspicious that it was his and the warranty company's policy to do whatever they could to deny claims. He hung up on me. I paid GE $600 and my refrigerator now works perfectly. It should however have been repaired by James and covered by warranty. His rudeness and perceived lack of integrity is frustrating and disappointing. Buyer Beware!!

  • Immediate response and easy to schedule. Arrived on time and assessed the problem quickly - element was bad in small oven.
Ordered the part and scheduled the service to install the part.  Professional and quick.  Highly recommend!

  • Found the freezer compressor was burned out. He was very efficient in his observations and knew what he was doing technically. I liked him, but he shared a lot of personal info that seemed unusual for a first visit. Good man, though.

  • We've actually used them three times. The first time is for an emergency. This last is the fourth. They do a good job. They do it according to what they quote us when we call them. They took care of it. They do a very good job with it. They don't try to upsell it too.

  • I had called 5-6 other places that I found on Angie's List and most were booked out until the following week or were not answering, due to the fact I was calling past 5pm on a Wednesday. When I called Billy I could tell his number was probably a cell phone. I left a message and he called me back in less than 10 minutes. I scheduled him to come at 8am the next morning (Thursday). He was prompt and on time, calling when he was about 15 minutes away as I had asked him to do. He was very friendly and informative. He let us know that our fridge had work done to it before we bought it, because it had an aftermarket relay on it. He said the relay was the incorrect horsepower for our model and it wasn't even wired correctly.
He replaced the relay and the fridge started working again. He charged $45 for the service call (the cheapest I have found, and then waived that charge because repairs were made). Our total bill was $175 for parts and labor which I would say was a fair amount.
I would recommend Billy to my friends and family for sure. He is a one man rodeo (owner/operator) and has been doing appliance repair since he was 13 years old! Very happy with the service he provided

  • Larry took the time to answer a question for me rather than charge me for a service call on a holiday period.  Larry told me step by step how to fix the problem myself saving me critical time when family is driving in for Christmas.
I am a small business owner myself and can't thank Larry enough for his selfless efforts to alleviate a serious problem, at absolutely no profit for him!
